A Journey That Changed The World

Chapter 1410 1410: That's To Appease Her Family

While Archer was in the Novgorod Palace, the harem was in a panic as the women weren’t leaving Draconia because of the Terravians, apart from two. Morena stood up and declared. ”My sister and I will bring him back! Our undead armies number in the trillions, and the Alliance can’t stand against us.”

”Impossible!” Ella answered. ”They have Pseudo-Gods on their side.”

Demacia giggled before waving her hand as a portal opened and a massive humanoid stepped through, which frightened everyone. Ari and Brooke jumped up, ready to fight, but Morena reassured them.

”These are our ultimate weapon,” she revealed. ”They are the result of decades of research that started with our ancestors, but thanks to our husband and his mana, we perfected them.”

Teuila’s eyes widened in horror as she muttered. ”These things are stronger than Brooke or any of us.”

”We call them God Killers, they were designed to kill powerful opponents, and thanks to Archer, we have thousands of them,” Demacia announced with glowing blue eyes. ”We’ll take the fight to Verdantia and get him out.”

When the large group of women heard this, Demetra commented. ”Will you be able to escape if you both get cornered?”

Morena nodded before pointing at the tattoo. ”Husband upgraded them to teleport us to the Domain if we get in trouble.”

Following that, Brooke stood up and started talking. ”Demetra and Lucrezia will escort you both to the central continent. Those three should be enough protection to travel under the waves.”

”I can have several submarines trail us for extra security,” Aurelia added. ”The extra war machines have allowed me to free some for patrols and such.”

”That’s a good idea,” Kassandra said. ”I would have come, but I’m pregnant and Archer ordered us not to leave Draconia or the Domain.”

Just then, his voice echoed in their minds. ‘My beauty’s. I’m fine at the moment apart from some torture but the good news is the empress is on my side and has made that crystal clear.’

When Ella and Nefertiti heard this, the two women explained their plan of sending Morena and Demacia with the undead army to Verdantia. Archer got excited at this news but asked them to wait a second.

Seconds later, he informed them. ‘Hit the northern shore, it has fewer defenses, and the undead will take out any army.’

Before anyone could talk, Nala spoke up. ”Why are the sisters attacking if the empress is on our side? Couldn’t she let you go?”

‘I’m going to cause trouble here and leave when its the right time,’ he answered.

Some of the harem started laughing while the others shook their heads as the lioness giggled. ”Be careful out there, my love. Once you get back here, you’re not leaving until the snow melts.”

Archer nodded in agreement before bidding his farewells. Lucrezia and Demetra then guided the necromancers toward Draconia’s northern shores, that was rough as waves crashed at the bottom of the cliff.

As they reached the edge, the sisters shed their humanoid guises, transforming into their true forms with a surge of power, their massive bodies plunging into the icy sea with a thunderous crash.

Demacia, still in her human form, shivered as she gazed at the churning, frost-laced waves. Turning to her older sister, she asked, her voice tinged with unease. ”Won’t the water be freezing? And how are we supposed to breathe down there?”

A colossal head broke the surface, scales glinting in the dim light as the voice of the blonde resonated in their minds. ‘Jump onto my head, and I’ll cast a spell to protect you both.’

Demacia and Morena exchanged a quick nod, their breath visible in the chilly air. With a leap, they landed on her back of Lucrezia, her massive form steady beneath them. A shimmering barrier enveloped them, warm and airtight, as she dove beneath the waves.

Moments later, icy waves crashed against the protective shield, sealing out the cold and preserving their warmth. As they journeyed north, a fleet of Draconian submarines joined them, encircling them as an escort.

While the four women traveled toward Verdantia, Archer was being healed by Natalia, and when his eyesight returned, the grey-haired beauty beamed at him. ”There you are, that handsome face is back to normal.”

”Don’t try it with him, Aunty!” Anastasia pleaded. ”While he has the collar on, he’s mine.”

Archer felt a shiver go down his spine as the blonde looked at him like she was a predator, causing Natalia to glance in his direction and ask. ”Do you want to be left alone with her handsome? I’ll stay if so.”

”So I can have both?” he teased.

The grey-haired beauty’s face went red as she quickly stood up prompting all the right bits to jiggle. She shook her head and leaned forward to whisper into his ear. ”I might find you extremely attractive but its not time yet.”

Archer nodded in understanding just as he questioned. ”She won’t hurt me, will she?”

”Certainly not, it’s quite the opposite actually,” Natalia answered with a giggle. ”Since my sister showed her a picture of you, she’s been doing everything in her power to get you into her bed chambers.”

”I despise Anatoly,” Anastasia confessed, her face clouding with a frown. ”He’s ignored me for years, leaving me to waste away in the palace. I was isolated, locked away for refusing to obey him. But when I saw you, I knew I had to act.”

”And why has he given you the greatest threat to his empire?” he questioned with narrowed eyes. ”Seems weird to me.”

”That’s to appease her family,” Natalia cut in. ”They supply the empire’s largest troop contingent and guard the southern continent’s defenses. Anatoly thinks that collar controls you, but it’s the other way around.”

The older woman chuckled, rising from her seat and strolling toward the door. ”My foolish nephew has let a fox into the henhouse,” she said with a grin. ”I can’t wait to see the havoc you wreak.”

Following that, Natalia left the woman, which made Anastasia smile as she muttered. ”Trying to steal my young man. You can’t have him yet.”

Archer chuckled at his causing the blonde to look at him before she slowly approached and straddled his waist. The empress leaned in close enough so her massive chest squashed up against his.

Her lips grazed his ear, her voice a sultry whisper. ”Since my husband allied with those wretched beasts, he’s struck and ignored me, leaving me a hollow shadow. But when Catherine revealed your picture, a fire sparked within me, you were destined to be mine.”

Moments later, a slow, predatory smile curved her lips as she reached out, her fingers grazing his jaw, tilting his face toward hers. ”Stay still,” she purred, her voice low and dripping with lust. ”Don’t move a muscle. Just let yourself feel what I’m about to do.”

Anastasia’s words hung in the air, heavy with intent, as she leaned in, her breath warm against his skin. Before he could respond, her lips captured his in a slow kiss, soft at first, then deepening with a fierce, unyielding hunger.

Her fingers tightened briefly on his chin, a silent reminder of her order, before sliding into his hair, pulling him closer as the world around them faded into nothingness. She pressed herself closer, her body molding against his, the heat of her presence electrifying.

She broke the kiss just enough to trail her lips along his jaw, her breath a teasing caress against his skin. ”You’re doing so well,” she murmured, her voice laced with approval.

Her hands roamed, one slipping to the nape of his neck while the other traced a slow, deliberate path down his chest, her touch both commanding and intoxicating. She pulled back slightly, her eyes glinting with mischief as she studied him, savoring his excitement.

Archer loved her teasing and decided to go with it as he disabled the slave collar and leaned forward. ”I like dominant women, but if you go any further, you’ll become mine, Anastasia, and there’s no going back from that.”

”Perfect,” Anastasia purred, her lips tantalizingly close, a mere breath from his, teasing him with their warmth. ”Keep surrendering to me. I don’t care for their rules or their consequences, I know exactly what I’m doing. This will save my people… and give me a man who will care as much for me as I do for him.”

With a soft, throaty laugh, she leaned in again, her kisses slower now, deliberate, each one stoking the fire between them as her hands roamed down his body and entered his waistband, only for the older woman to go wide-eyed.

Archer groaned when feeling her soft hands wrap around his length as she teased. ”I know about the tattoos women get once they have sex with you. To prove I want you for you and not as some escape, I’ll remove this.”

The blonde removed the useless slave collar with a smile. ”This makes us both want this, and I know you find me attractive, considering you’ve been looking at me since we’ve met.”
