I went to Boris the very morning, and couch him sparring with few guys behind their gym. Thye tried to land a hit on him, but despite the advantage of numbers, they couldn't. He easily blocked most of the attacks and even disarmed some of them.

I waited there, observing until one of his men pointed out that I'm there. Which led to them having a break, so the boss could speak with me.

- Morning, Peter.

- Hey. I wanted to talk with you. I have a request.

- Ok - he nodded. - What is it about?

- Tihana. I want to go hunting, but I don't really have anybody to leave her with. Not to mention the barracks are not the best place for her. She needs somebody to look after her, and train her.

- And you want me to be that person?

 - You have a family, you are a father, so you know how to handle a kid. Not to mention you are one of the best fighters in the whole city, and on top of that, you have both Irina and Vitalij. Women's hand and a younger kid to look after is something she needs to get straighten up.

He stuck the ax behind his belt and patted me on the shoulder.

- I'll take care of her. Don't worry. How long will you be gone?

- Around two weeks. I need to drop something tomorrow at my mother's place, and then I'm off.

- Oh, that fancy teleporting skill, huh? I'll envy that.

- I'm sure you will get yours eventually.

- Nah. I'm gonna buy myself a plane, and fly around. As soon as this whole mess with outside dies down, I'm gonna hunt my ass off, and earn millions. I'm gonna build myself a castle, and my future dog is gonna live in a villa.

He just made me laugh.

- Really? You are gonna build a villa for a dog?

- Why not? I'm gonna have so much money, that I will start using bills to wipe my ass.

- Ok, now I'm starting to second guess my idea of leaving Tihana under your care.

- Just bring her here.

I nodded, we shook hands, and I left to pick my adopted daughter. I had to actually look for her, since she wasn't in the training grounds, nor in the barracks, or their vicinity. I started to grow anxious, and then I spotted her exiting Jayadeva's workshop with Rishi.

I did what any father in my place would do, I got on the closes roof, and snook behind them, to leap down like a mad diamond with black eyes, and 'Shadow fusion' turned on, so my body would look more ominous with all the smoke coming off.

They jumped, as I scared them. She almost dropped my weaponized chicken.

- Here you are, young lady. Why do I have to look around the whole city after you?

Rishi reacted by immediately raising his hands up.

- Jeez... Can't you come like a normal human being? You scared the shit out of me - sadi Tihana.

- Bawk! - said Tam in her hands.

- Even you against me? - I stared him down.

- Bawk... - he gave up.

- We just have been talking - sadi Rishi, with an awkward expression on his face.

He really didn't know how to react, and I couldn't blame him for that, which didn't mean I would stop fucking with him.

- Yeah. Calm down, fake dad. You can't get pregnant with words.

- I trusted you, and you betrayed me like that?! - I shouted.

- I didn't do anything! - she snapped.

- I'm not talking to you, young lady!

- Bawk? - asked Tam.

- Yes, I'm talking to you. You are the only adult among them. You were supposed to watch her. And what are you doing? Definitely not watching!

- B-bawk...

- Oh, I hope so.

Tam immediately turned his head towards Rishi.

- Ba-bawk! Baaaaawk! - he said, and wrestled his way out of Tihana's hands, then ran at the boy and started pecking at his legs.

- Au! Stop! - shouted rishi, backing down from the chicken.

- Tam, stop! - shouted the girl.

But the chicken wouldn't, he started chasing Rishi around, cackling loudly, and with his wings spread around.

I'm not gonna lie, it was hard not to laugh. Especially when Tihana joined them, trying to catch the chicken.

- Ok, enough! - I shouted after a moment. - Tam, Tihana, come. We need to go somewhere.

- Bawk! - responded Tam and actually started chasing the girls, towards me.

She tried to resist at first, but she got scared when the chicken waved its wings at her. Rishi, using this moment, sneaked his way back to the workshop.

- Where do you want to go? - asked Tihana, reproachfully.

- I'll be leaving the city for two weeks, and I want you to stay in a different place than the barracks. You will be living with Boris and Irina for a while. He will also train you.

In the beginning, she wasn't happy with what I said, but as soon as I mentioned Boris, her mood changed.

- Oh, ok. Let me just grab my things.

- I'll be waiting outside for you.

She tried to go, but Tam stopped her, and clearly demanded to be taken along. She sighed as only teenagers can do, and picked him up, then left.

I followed them slowly, and waited outside, like we agreed, to then take her to Boris's place. They prepared her a room in their own house. Irina was actually overjoyed by Tihani's presence. I left them, after staying there for around an hour, helping the girls getting accustomed to the place.

I also promised them to pay them back for this favor.

Then I went to do some shopping, and also clean my vault since there was quite a bit of garbage accumulated there. Fortunately, all of it was just stuff from the device, so I could sell it back. I resupplied food, and drinks took some clothes for change and other everyday necessities. That was it.

The day came to an end with 24 360 310 points remaining on my account, and 21 class points.
