Chapter 3672 - Struck by Lightning

Sixth had initially tried to let soul omnisentient power overflow within itself until it couldn't stand it anymore. That was why it wanted to replace Tianming as the beastmaster in the first place and start cultivating to get stronger, only to fail. But it hadn’t really lost after its failure. Apart from not being able to leave Tianming's side, it had gained quite a lot.

Tianming was going to flip out. "Go away!"

"Wow, someone's getting impatient!" Sixth said. "You should be more thankful after getting a good bargain out of this, too. I've trained that sorry excuse of a limp worm that you call a brain into a mighty pulsing dragon! You got a total steal!"

"Hey, what’re you calling limp?!" Tianming was worried that Ying Huo and the rest in his lifebound space would think that he had done something untoward to Sixth.

"Do you have ordered manna?" it asked.

"I do! Do you have a star count?" Tianming asked.

"They might exist, but you can't see them!" In other words, Sixth was similar to Yin Chen and Ji Ji. In fact, it didn't seem like much of a beast at all. However, it could still use manna to unlock bloodline chains. The more it unlocked, the more abilities it could unleash. Before forming a connection with a beastmaster, it couldn't absorb manna, either.

There was no way that Tianming would completely drain Sixth in the first place. Sixth had thought that Ying Huo and the rest were weakened because Tianming had taken their powers from them, but the truth was that they wouldn't be able to cultivate at all without a connection with him.

They had once possessed immense power in their past lives, being Primordial Chaos Beasts, but in their current lives, they were fated to start off as beasts in Tianming's lifebound space. There was no changing the fact that they were symbiotically linked.

That was even more obvious in Sixth's case, whose fundamental essence had changed. Once, it only had a monopartite soul, but now it’d gained a tripartite one! Sixth was the one who had changed the most through its rebirth. In fact, like Tianming, it could also control omnisentient power.

"Just using the Celestial Sourcepath Codex to cultivate and sharing soul power with me was enough for Sixth to reach the Foundation stage, and it doesn't look like it's stopping anytime soon."

Man and beast had both shot up in power. "What's even better is that Sixth doesn't need to experience having its astrons torn apart like before to fuse into my body. From my astral brain, it can attack others and even take shelter in the Skysoul Tower...."

"Amazing!" Sixth suddenly exclaimed.

"What’s that?" Tianming asked.

"I finally know what you are to me!"

"What am I?" He had a bad feeling about it.

"You’re my armor! An armored combat carriage solely crafted for my needs! As long as you live, nobody will be able to hurt me at all!" Outside, its spiritform could be hurt, but it could always hide inside Tianming. "Amazing! What a great deal!"

"Keep that up and I'll feed you shit again!" Tianming really wanted to say 'I told you so' as loud as he could. The benefits had been waiting for Sixth all along.

Once I've recovered more, I'll try and see if I can also tap into its soul omnisentient power to add to my own.... That was the most important thing. If the specters had already taken Sixth as their god, surely they wouldn't mind also offering their faith to the Galactic Emperor, right?

"Don't you even know that?" Sixth was flabbergasted.

"Should I know anything about it? Who are they?"

"My terra and vita!" Sixth said, almost speechless.

"Then what in the world are you?!" Tianming was stumped.

"I'm the caelum!" Sixth said.

Tianming felt like he had been struck by lightning. "What do you mean?!"

"Didn't I tell you before? Since I became a lifebound beast, I grew three times stronger and came to have a vita, caelum, and terra!"

"That's right! Don't you have all three? Aren't you fused together now?" Tianming said.

"What? Are your vita, caelum, and terra all fused together? I'm just the caelum!" Sixth gleefully said.

"Then get your terra and vita to come back!" Tianming cried.

"Are you daft? Why would they listen to me? I'm not stronger than they are."

Tianming felt a headache brewing. "Are you saying you have three different wills?"

"That's right! We split up long ago and went on to do our own things. Haven’t you seen them yet? The terra said it saw you in the Xenoworld and wondersky realms before. The vita even spoke to you in your head!"
