Abaddon spent nearly all of his time today meeting gods.
lightsnοvεl With only a brief thirty minute intermission spent with Lisa and Audrina, he was even more inclined to get in bed and close his eyes than he usually would be.
However, he currently had a particularly important promise to keep, so he couldn't simply go to sleep this early.
Once inside his room, he had a quick bath and then walked towards his dresser to get changed.
However, he found a rather sizeable surprise waiting for him when he got out.
Bekka had woken up out of her coma-like sleep and was currently rubbing the exhaustion out of her eye.
She let her divine nude body rise up from the mattress as she crossed the bedroom floor with unsteady steps.
"Sleepy…"
If Abaddon was capable of sleeping till noon on a day where he had nothing to do, Bekka was capable of sleeping till five in the afternoon.
On the days when she was really tired, she could sleep for twenty four hours straight.
Since she had slept throughout the entire day already, Abaddon was partially expecting for it to be one of her comatose periods.
"You're awake. Welcome back to the land of the living, my darling."
"Don't be funny…"
Bekka gave her husband a good morning kiss that was both cute and passionate.
Abaddon currently wore no fabric other than the towel wrapped around his neck, and Bekka only had on her eyepatch and a bit of dried drool on her chin.
But even though this scene could have easily become explicit, it was more intimate instead.
The two of them simply grazed their fingertips against each other's chiseled bodies in a display of affection no different from their kiss a second ago.
"Are you hungry? My mother is teaching the twins how to make crawfish etouffee."
Bekka's stomach rumbled audibly but she shook her head nonetheless.
"I was actually thinking you and I could go out to dinner together. That is, after his lesson of course."
Abaddon raised a brow in surprise, causing Bekka to nudge him in the ribs slightly.
"I can still read your thoughts, you know? Even when I'm dreaming."
'Well now I do…'
Bekka gave Abaddon one last kiss on the cheek before breezing past him to jump in the bath.
"Just give me a minute to wake up before we go get him. Then we can help our baby together."
Abaddon watched Bekka stride into the bathroom and was temporarily mesmerized by her butt and thighs that were perfectly thick and juicy.
"…" he looked down at his own body and let out a sigh that mirrored his lustful frustration.
"…down, boy."
-
Currently, Abaddon and Bekka were seated side by side in a traditional Japanese dojo located within the castle.
The two of them wore matching gi consisting of black bottoms with white jackets.
The backs of the jackets held two specific insignia woven with gold.
One was a seven headed dragon rising above the sun, and the other was a large demonic hound who seemed to be trying to swallow the moon.
Like the perfect couple, they both had their hair tied up in ponytails and were sitting cross legged side by side, their eyes closed and breathing at a barely noticeable rhythm.
"…Mouse…" Bekka calledwithout opening her eye.
"Papa's hair is getting longer again! It is fluffier too!"
Sighing, Abaddon and Bekka opened their eyes at the same time and glanced back at their newest pint-sized disciple.
Little Straga was in his own white gi with a small white belt to match.
He was playing in his father's hair at the moment, getting immersed within it and hiding like it was a bead door.
"Time for another haircut…" Abaddon muttered with a sigh.
Bekka let out a low whimpering noise.
"…I guess I can keep it a little while longer."
"I love that you made that decision on your own." Bekka gave Abaddon a kiss on the cheek that made him feel a bit euphoric like a natural high.
Why were all of his wives so cute and beautiful?
Shaking his head to free himself of the urge to put a baby in her, he used his tail to wrap around his child's midsection and placed him in Bekka's lap.
As always, she was a gentle and nurturing mother, but she was not particularly playful in this instance.
She ran her fingers through Straga's short black hair and along his cheeks as she tried to get him to see the importance of this.
"Mouse, we can play later, alright? For now you have to listen to your father and I seriously. Can you do that?"
Straga wiggled out of his mothers grasp and resumed his sitting position across from them, although he didn't look happy about it.
"But this is boring! When will Straga learn to fight like everyone else??"
Abaddon and Bekka grimaced as they looked at each other discreetly.
Straga was not like most of his siblings.
He was born with a phenomenal amount of power, and yet he remained with the mind of a child.
And since he was also a dragon, he was potentially a walking, talking, IED.
Which meant that he could have far less independence than the others.
They had to raise him properly, and teach him things like right from wrong, discipline, and most importantly, impulse control and empathy.
Straga was already set to be enrolled in school in the next quarter, and his parents' biggest fear was that he would turn into the little tyrant prince who would throw his weight around and suppress his classmates and teachers.
Abaddon, who had dealt with bullying in his time on earth, would never allow that to happen.
"Soon, son. But first we need to build a proper foundation for you so that you can be exceptionally strong and steadfast."
"Foundation?"
"A basis on which to build on. If you master yourself before you start trying to master martial arts, you will go significantly further, quicker."
Straga's eyes lit up like golden candles.
"Is that what you did, Papa?"
Abaddon smiled wryly as he scratched his cheek in embarrassment.
Bekka snickered and chose to look the other way to help her husband save face.
"Honestly… no. My approach journey into martial arts was a rushed one, and it only began because I was concerned with being powerful and destructive. Luckily, I had your mother as a teacher…"
"Pale mommy?"
"Yes, Pale mommy." Abaddon confirmed. "She helped me learn to reign in our natural impulses so that I could be a better, more efficient warrior. And then later on, I got a chance to learn why I fight."
"Why?"
"I suppose the best way that I can put it is… because I like the artistry."
If Straga tilted his head anymore from confusion, he was pretty sure that it was going to fall off. "Artistwy?"
Abaddon started to feel like his son wasn't quite old enough for this explanation.
"…I'll tell you more when you know some bigger words."
"Okay!"
Straga turned his head to Bekka, who was sitting quietly watching this entire scene with a small smile on her face.
"Why does mommy fight?" He asked, almost like he was conducting an interview.
"Me? I.." Bekka hadn't expected that one simple question to take her by surprise like it did.
At certain parts of her life, she had fought for different reasons.
Growing up with the Osa clan, she fought to survive and prove herself.
With her unwillingness to spill blood, she was constantly belittled, harassed, and looked down upon by all members of her clan until the day she was finally booted out.
She had to be four times as good as everyone else; both because she was Canis' own daughter and she was seen as a hindrance who couldn't pull her own weight.
And even if she couldn't spill blood, she worked tirelessly to overturn that assessment.
When she got over her phobia, she had a bit of a crazy period.
She fought because she was feeling vengeful, and because she was delighted to revel in her abyssal heritage after twenty years of keeping it suppressed.
She became bloodthirsty, and she could have painted every building in Sha-Leh with the amount of blood she spilled.
But now… she is relatively mellow.
The stronger that she became, the less she felt the need to overwhelm others with that strength.
She normally isnt the first one to strike in conflicts, but she certainly no longer has a problem doing so if need be.
And if she is honest, fighting no longer interests her the same way that it did before.
She much more prefers napping, sex, and stuffing herself to the point of self hatred.
But with her son asking the particular reason why she fought, she realized that she had one simple answer at this time.
"I fight… for necessity."
Right in front of Straga and Abaddon's eyes, Bekka's entire body started to glow with an intense white light that drowned out the other colors in the room.
"Mommy is a disco ball!" Straga pointed.
"Son, don't say that or she'll think you're trying to call her fat…" Abaddon whispered.
