Rick Nicholson has stopped his son from going outside. He was not even allowed to go to the Silver Tower. Rick Nicholson was confused.

He doesn’t know what’s going on in the magic city. His son was attacked by other wizard seeds not long ago. Now, there is a mysterious death of the magic arena elder.

The kid from the Doyle Family was reported crippled as well.

“What kind of game are the two towers playing?” Rick said in his heart.

Like others, he has suspected something wrong with the Wind Elemental Tower. He finds the Doyle Family to be a pawn in someone’s game as well.

“I can’t stay here without knowing anything,” he uttered.

He has decided to meet with the Family Heads of other wizard seeds. If there is someone targeting the families connected to the Silver Tower, then he should be prepared as well.

Meanwhile,

Far away, outside the influence of the magic city and the surrounding super large nation, someone is living in the Dark Magic Territory.

The person is none other than Forbidden Wizard Remi. He had come to this territory to find the Black Fate Wizard, and he had successfully sought the solution as well.

Now that he is staying in the remote town, he is waiting for things to develop in the magic city.

Not long after, through secret communication, he received a message. After reading the message, he let out a cunning smile.

“It has begun. Let’s see how the Silver Tower guys solve this one,” Remi said with an evil smile.

It was true that there is a reason behind his targeting the kid. He thinks that now everyone would have figured out that something is wrong with the Wind Elemental Tower.

The Doyle Family was just a pawn in their plans.

Remi suddenly thought of Vincent Carey. His eyes flashed with a glint.

“Lucky kid, he has survived so far. But he won’t be surviving the upcoming events,” he said in his heart.

From MC’s Perspective:

Silver Tower:

A person made a sudden entrance. She is none other than Forbidden Wizard Charlotte.

Manager Lara came after finding out about her arrival.

“Lord,” she uttered.

Charlotte asked, “Where is Vincent Carey?”

“Call him. I want to see him right now,” she added.

Hearing that, Lara’s expression changed drastically.

She thought something was up. Then she immediately called Vincent Carey and asked him to come to the lobby.

Meanwhile, a few seconds ago,

I was working inside the underground storage room when I received a call. Upon seeing that it was Manager Lara, I answered it.

Then she asked me to come to the lobby right now. She then ended the call.

“What’s going on?” I asked myself.

But I’m sure it’s important because her voice had a sense of urgency.

So I stopped working and left the underground storage room.

Shortly afterward,

I came to the lobby and saw two people. One of them was Forbidden Wizard Charlotte and the other one was Manager Lara.

Feeling my presence, they both turned towards me.

Charlotte said, “Vincent, I’m taking you somewhere safe. You must have heard about the recent events.”

“The Wind Elemental Tower and the Black Tower are up to something. Most of our Forbidden Wizards are outside.”

“I have informed Forbidden Wizard Erwin. He is on his way here. So to avoid variables, it’s not good for you to stay here,” she added.

Hearing that, I was dumbfounded. I thought that the Silver Tower was safe and that I could stay here until the storm passes. But she is speaking like this.

Even Lara was stunned. She then immediately thought of something important which changed her expression drastically.

If Lord Charlotte is flustered this much, then someone big from the Mage Union is supporting the Wind Elemental Tower.

Right now, Vincent Carey was caught in the middle. The Wind Elemental Tower can make an issue of the crippling of Peter Doyle’s mana core.

Not only has she figured this out, but Charlotte thought Vincent was smart enough to understand.

“Okay,” I replied.

Since the Forbidden Wizard is not sure of herself, there is no point in staying here. It feels kind of suffocating anyway. I can’t use my Gregor Mansion openly here.

“Lara, you stay here. Don’t tell anyone about Vincent Carey. Wait for me to come back,” Charlotte said.

She then took Vincent Carey outside. Her vehicle was parked outside. It can block the prying eyes of the outside gazes.

I opened the door and sat back in the car.

She sat in the driver’s seat and started to drive. The huge flying car hovered above the ground.

Swoosh!

In the blink of an eye, it left the area of the magic towers. There are a lot of spies staying near the magic towers.

But upon seeing Forbidden Wizard Charlotte, they didn’t dare to spy on her. So they held their position for the time being. Only after seeing her leave did they come back.

None of them knew she took Vincent Carey with her.

Inside the car, Charlotte decided to speak since there is privacy here.

“I know you must be confused. Let me tell you, there is someone from the Mage Union supporting the Wind Elemental Tower.”

“We can solve the problem by finding out the truth and establishing facts. But I suspect their goal is something different.”

“Since it all started because of the challenge duel, they could demand to arrest you until the truth comes out. I don’t want to give them such a chance.”

“I also spoke with other Forbidden Wizards of our towers. Everyone is on the same page. We all want you to hide in my private mansion outside the magic city.”

“I’ll give you plenty of resources. You can use them for isolated practice. When things here are over, I’ll take you back,” she explained.

Hearing that, a big stone disappeared from my heart. Since the Forbidden Wizards are all on the same page, it brought me relief.

Then I thanked her. Clearly, I could stay back at the Silver Tower to avoid the storms. But Forbidden Wizard Charlotte doesn’t want any variables to cause problems for me.
