I am God

Chapter 268: Only True Divine Beings Can Enter the Creator's Domain

Pyramid Temple.

The divine treasury contained countless miracle tools, each possessing different special effects and powers.

Behind the temple were various miraculous rooms.

Among them were a miracle kitchen that could produce all kinds of delicious food, a dressing room that created beautiful clothes according to one’s thoughts, a toy workshop filled with various playthings.

There was also a lounge that could transform into different setups based on one’s wishes, and so on.

This place was usually Shelly’s paradise, as Yin Shen rarely came back here and Hila only visited occasionally.

But Shelly was different.

She came every day, enjoying herself without restraint.

She turned the lounge into her grand castle, changing its structure according to her mood.

Recently, she transformed it into a slide castle filled with toys from the toy workshop.

Her daily routine involved first causing mischief with the spirits outside, then coming here to rest.

She would select her favorite outfits in the dressing room, and finally feast in the miracle kitchen.

But that wasn’t all – she would take some things back with her.

She justified this by saying her Dream Continent and temple were too desolate and barren, so she needed to bring some things back to decorate.

Today, she again walked out of the Pyramid Temple’s side corridor, patting her belly as she pushed open the magnificent doors and appeared in the main hall.

Shelly had changed into new clothes, wearing a pointed wizard’s hat.

Her pockets were stuffed full, and her arms were laden with bundles.

In a corner of the temple, sunlight fell on a figure, casting a very long shadow.

“Finished eating?”

“Finished taking things?”

“And now you’re leaving.”

Shelly rolled her eyes upward, making excuses.

“I didn’t.”

Yin Shen put down the book in his hand, looking at her bulging pockets and the bundles in her arms.

This ability to lie with a straight face was on par with some of the mischievous little spirits.

“Hehe.”

Shelly, feeling embarrassed, started acting cute towards Yin Shen.

“Gurgle.”

As Shelly leaned forward, something fell out of her bulging pocket.

It was a pastry wrapped in oiled paper, very exquisite, with delicate and beautiful patterns on top.

Yin Shen reached out his hand, and the pastry fell into it.

He held it out to Shelly, who immediately unwrapped it and stuffed it into her mouth, smiling foolishly.

“Delicious.”

Yin Shen looked at Shelly and couldn’t help but smile along with her.

The Creator stood up and suddenly looked towards the Dream Continent.

Recently, both Dream Sovereign Hila and the spirits of the God-Given Land had been exceptionally busy, traveling back and forth daily between the Dream Sun and the Dream Continent.

When the sun rose, they flew towards the Dream Continent accompanied by the miracle tool Spirit’s Hot Air Balloon.

At sunset, one could see groups of balloons and airships returning together.

Wood Nymphs were continuously being born in the Rainbow Forest of the Dream Continent.

This was the first dream race created by Hila, and she paid special attention to it and took it very seriously.

According to Hila’s plan, they would first grow the Rainbow Forest as a fairyland, then give birth to the first batch of Wood Nymphs.

Next would be creating connections between the dream races and the real world.

This was Hila’s original intention in creating them, not just as decorations to adorn the Creator’s Domain.

Yin Shen suddenly wanted to go down and take a look.

After all, the last time he went to see, the Wood Nymphs had not yet been born, there was only one Rainbow Tree.

“Come to think of it,” he mused, “Hila should be preparing to open the channel between the Dream Realm and the mortal world.”

Shelly immediately said, “I heard from the little spirits this morning that the first Second-Rank Wood Nymph is about to be born.”

“Hila has bestowed her miraculous power over space and domains to those black-haired ones.”

Shelly was not exactly unhappy because, in fact, she was very envious.

It had nothing to do with the uniqueness or strength of the power, but the black hair.

She didn’t have black hair.

Although her dark brown hair looked somewhat similar to Yin Shen’s hair at first glance, there was still a difference after all.

Although Wood Nymphs were also a dream race, they were somewhat different from spirits, the original dream race.

The spirits’ Dream Ability was a blank slate. Initially, they even needed to use Trilobite eggs to create dream eggs to reach Second-Rank.

But at the same time, the spirits’ miracle power was almost limitless and omnipotent.

As long as they mastered the relevant miracle techniques, they could create almost anything whose underlying structure they understood.

However, most spirits only learned a few things. The exceptions were Hila and a few others.

Most spirits hadn’t fully harnessed their nearly omnipotent miracle power.

Hila directly used the Light of Wishes to create the Wood Nymphs, bestowing upon them the spirits’ power over domains and space.

In her conception, at First-Rank, they could already traverse between dream realms, anchoring multiple coordinates in the Dream Realm and reality.

After the first Wood Nymph reached Second-Rank, they would possess a tree hollow space between illusion and reality.

They could hide and live in this small space, use it to travel to various places, and instantly transfer various items from one place to another.

They could come and go almost anywhere in the world, with no one able to stop them, not even beings much stronger than them.

They were born divine messengers, creatures of dreams.

On the Dream Continent.

Spirits floated and flew above the Rainbow Forest, their golden robes blending with the sea of colorful flower trees.

Sitting on the trees were black-haired nymphs wearing flower wreaths, their pupils seeming colorless yet constantly reflecting the colors of this world.

In the sea of flowers, their beautiful eyes transformed into brilliant, gorgeous hues.

“Hehe.”

“Over there.”

“Let’s go quickly!”

Seeing the spirits fly by, the Wood Nymphs also stood up.

Their figures disappeared in the treetops, transforming into countless flower petals dancing in the air.

The petals formed the outlines of nymphs, spinning alongside the flying little spirits at their sides.

The little spirits and the nymph-turned-petals flew together towards the center of the Rainbow Forest, dancing around the tallest and most magnificent flower tree.

This flower tree had a very large hollow.

Inside the hollow, the world’s first Wood Nymph was undergoing transformation.

Golden light could be seen spreading from within the tree hollow.

The once ordinary hollow had transformed into a small space, a dream boundary expanding to reveal a realm of fantasy

The Wood Nymph who had been quietly sleeping in the tree hollow disappeared in the vortex, but upon closer inspection, one could see that she had become much smaller.

The tree hollow space had turned into a beautiful and delicate room.

Inside the room were wooden stairs, flower vines, a bed, and pillows.

“Wow!” The nymphs and spirits watching outside exclaimed in unison.

“This seems even more interesting than the Spirit Country!” the spirits said.

“Can I go in too? I want to live in a tree hollow.” The little spirits were terribly envious, seeing such a novel thing for the first time.

But this was just the spirits’ perspective.

To the Wood Nymphs and others, the omnipotent miracle Spirit Country was the true divine realm of dreams.

The spirits’ dream domains and dream kingdoms were the most incredible things.

The Wood Nymph sleeping in the tree hollow space turned over, and her form disappeared directly.

She appeared outside the Rainbow Forest, in front of the Temple of Life.

A solitary Rainbow Tree was planted here, adding a splash of color to the Temple of Life.

The Sovereign of Dreams had long been waiting for her here.

Seeing the items in the hands of the Wood Nymph in the tree hollow, Hila knew she had succeeded.

The Second-Rank Wood Nymph possessed a tree hollow space between illusion and reality, just as she had envisioned.

Through this tree hollow space, they could bring anything from any corner of the world to another.

This was not limited to items with mythical blood. They could even transport ordinary objects.

At this moment, the sun in the Dream Realm suddenly moved.

The sun in the sky quickly set, and God’s Moon climbed up from the other side.

Moonlight shone upon the Dream Continent, silver radiance covering the land and sea. Simultaneously, two figures, one large and one small, appeared before the Temple of Life.

Yin Shen, holding Shelly’s hand, descended at just this moment.

Hila immediately smiled and said, “God, you’ve come.”

When Hila and Shelly called Yin Shen ‘God’ it had two meanings. The first was that he was the first deity in the world and the second was that his name contained the word ‘God.’

The word “God” originally had no meaning, but because it was in Yin Shen’s name, it from then on possessed sacred and supreme significance.

Yin Shen looked at Hila: “Mm! I’ve come to take a look.”

In the Rainbow Tree’s hollow, the black-haired nymph wearing a flower wreath was waking up, slowly stretching.

And as she opened her eyes, she immediately saw three supreme deities standing before her, watching her.

The Wood Nymph was terrified and immediately knelt in the tree hollow to pay respects to the deities, though her posture was somewhat awkward.

Yin Shen waved his hand, sending her back to the Rainbow Forest.

Immediately, they heard a cheer rise from the Rainbow Forest.

“She’s changed back.”

“She’s changed back again.”

“Nymph, oh nymph! Let me into your tree hollow space to take a look, please?”

“I was first, I was first.”

“I want to see too.”

The spirits made a commotion, while the nymphs were shy and quiet.

Though both born in the Dream Realm, spirits and nymphs seemed to represent two different aspects of fantasy.

Before the Temple of Life, Yin Shen looked at Hila: “Are you ready to begin?”

Hila nodded: “I’ve collected all the branches and petals of the Wood Nymphs. We just need to send them to the mortal world to be planted.”

“The new Rainbow Trees will become coordinates for the Wood Nymphs in the mortal world.”

“In the future, when new nymphs are born, we can have other nymphs be responsible for sending new tree seeds down.”

“This isn’t just communication between the Wood Nymph race and the mortal world, but also their path to Third-Rank and more powerful abilities.”

“They will collect wish power to strengthen their tree hollow spaces through sending letters and deliveries, eventually transforming them into fairylands.”

Shelly was somewhat excited: “Will there be Rainbow Trees in the mortal world from now on? That must be very beautiful.”

Yin Shen looked at the Rainbow Tree planted at the entrance of the Temple of Life and said: “Perhaps someone will send you a letter through the Rainbow Tree.”

Suddenly, Shelly’s eyes lit up.

“I can send letters to God every day too!”

Yin Shen looked at Shelly: “You’re in the temple every day, so don’t trouble the nymphs.”

Shelly: “But it’s so much fun!”

Hila drew a circle with her hand.

A gate to the mortal world immediately opened in the Dream Realm.

Hila stretched out her hand, and a handful of colorful petals appeared in it.

She scattered the petals towards the gate to the mortal world.

Among countless petals, branches of various sizes were also scattered towards the mortal world.

The Rainbow Trees of the Dream Realm left the Kingdom of God, becoming part of the mortal world from then on.

These Rainbow Trees merged with the earth, planted in swamps and deep forests.

After growing, each Rainbow Tree would develop a tree hollow.

This tree hollow would be connected to the tree hollow of the Wood Nymph in the Rainbow Forest, the source of the Rainbow Trees.

Each Rainbow Tree carried the power of dreams, allowing them to conceal themselves.

Only those with kind and friendly hearts could break through the illusory power and see these most beautiful trees. Beings who were extremely powerful could also discover traces of the Rainbow Trees.

But these Rainbow Trees did not give birth to new Wood Nymphs.

They were only extensions of the Wood Nymphs’ power from the Rainbow Forest and served as their coordinates in the mortal world.

Just like in the previous era, Sun Cups were planted all over Yinsai, but only the Sun Cup Flower Sea in the Creator’s garden could give birth to spirits.

Occasionally, Wood Nymphs from the Dream Continent would also leave the Dream Realm through tree hollows and coordinates to visit the mortal world.

They would meet with mortals, deliver messages for demigods, and bring good news to kind people in suffering.

Thus began the stories and legends of the Wood Nymphs.

Ruhe Beast Island.

The Blood Progenitor went to the Mountain of Life’s Origin, only to find that the former City of Life and Temple of Life had completely vanished.

The Blood Progenitor felt somewhat lost.

She first went to the Frozen Plateau, gazing from afar at the lake known as Heaven’s Mirror.

“Heaven’s Mirror.”

“And… God-Servant City.”

She knew that beneath that mirror-like frozen lake was the former Sacred Mountain. The Trilobite Men’s God-Servant City and Sky Temple were all there.

But though it was so close before her eyes, the Blood Progenitor felt as if she could never reach it.

The terrifying aura of the Sele Sea Spirit, one of the seven great Ruhe beasts, might be difficult for ordinary Wisdom Ability users to sense directly, unless they faced that terrifying demonic god form.

But as a demigod of Life Ability, Vivien could sense its strength and terror.

This area was clearly the Sele Sea Spirit’s domain, and its enhancements far exceeded those of her Blood Realm.

Fortunately, it had always been in a deep slumber.

Even if it awakened slightly, even if it only opened one eye, it would possess world-destroying power.

If such a beast fully awakened, the Ruhe Beast Island continent would likely sink in an instant.

If they wished, they could destroy other continents as well.

For someone as weak as Xiuborn, the idea of secretly infiltrating such a place was completely impossible, and the same applied to Vivien.

Moreover, from another perspective, Xiuborn was just a mortal. Even if he betrayed his faith or trespassed in forbidden areas, beings like the Sele Sea Spirit and the Mother of Life, the supreme ruler of Life Ability, would not care about the ridiculous mistakes committed by a mortal.

But she was completely different. If she trespassed in such a forbidden area and angered the Mother of Life, no one could predict the consequences.

So in the end, the Blood Progenitor left reverently.

The Blood Progenitor made her way to the Sunrise Mountains.

She wanted to seek out Iva, the God of Desire and Alchemy. Though they were both demigods, Iva came from the Creator’s Domain.

In the Sky Garden, the Blood Progenitor met this God of Desire and Alchemy.

Sailing upstream, she could see waterfalls plunging from mid-air, with vines and Cups of Desire hanging on both sides of the waterfalls.

Beyond the waterfalls were beautiful castles and crystal bridges.

In the realm of the God of Desire and Alchemy, treasures were piled like mountains, and divine artifacts of all kinds were everywhere.

Most eye-catching, of course, were the myriad and varied Lamps of Covenant.

The Blood Progenitor admired the realm of the other demigod as she slowly entered the palace.

Two figures sat high above, one male and one female.

Besides them, there were many Lamp Spirits in human form busy in the palace.

The male deity above spoke: “Sovereign of the Deep Sea Blood Realm, the Scarlet Witch wielding the scepter, the Blood Progenitor, Queen of the Most Ancient.”

“I thought the Trilobite Men had long perished. It was only when I learned your name that I realized everything still exists.”

Hearing Iva speak thus, the Blood Progenitor’s grip on her scepter tightened.

The words of this being from the previous era naturally gave her a different feeling than others.

The Blood Progenitor was somewhat excited.

She asked: “God of Desire and Alchemy, once the ferryman beneath the dream star sea!”

“Do you truly believe everything still exists?”

“The Trilobite Men have become like this, everything has long since changed with the passage of time.”

“Does everything… truly still exist?”

God Iva: “You still exist, your civilization and heritage still exist, your spirit and will also remain.”

“Why say it’s no longer the same?”

“Just because you’ve changed era, changed vessel, does that mean you are no longer yourselves?”

“Has the wisdom and will inherited from King Redlichia simply vanished?”

The Blood Progenitor’s mouth gaped open, a smile suddenly appearing on her face.

“Indeed! You speak truly.”

Originally, the Blood Progenitor intended to seek answers in the Sky Temple, but when she heard Iva’s words she felt moved and began to gain new insights.

The God of Desire and Alchemy then asked: “What brings you to my realm this time?”

Blood Progenitor Vivien: “Forgive my abruptness. I have come to inquire about something.”

She wanted to ask how to pray to the Mother of Life and receive a response from this sovereign. Moreover, she carefully inquired about how to enter the Creator’s Domain to have an audience with the great Yinsai.

The God of Alchemy and Desire told the Blood Progenitor: “Only true divine beings can avoid losing themselves in the Dream Realm and find the true path to the Creator’s Domain. Otherwise, unless you receive a summons from God Yinsai.”

Iva shook his head: “Since I chose to remain in the mortal world, I too lost the qualification to enter the Creator’s Domain.”

“I cannot provide you with an answer, nor can I show you the way to the Creator’s Domain.”

The implication was that neither of them were true divine beings.

They merely possessed flawed immortality.

At the same time, neither of them had the qualifications to enter the Creator’s Domain, nor the honor of being summoned by the supreme god.

The Blood Progenitor hit another wall.

She was only a demigod, indeed lacking the ability to roam the Dream Realm without getting lost.

And receiving the Creator’s summons. In her own view, she was neither one of the original direct bloodlines of King Redlichia, nor one of those legendary figures akin to divine children or descendants.

The last two generations of saints who received the Creator’s summons, Tito, were themselves branches of the royal Xilong family, and had the mission and destiny of the Divine Messenger Polo.

Since then, no one had ever met the Creator face to face.

Even the first Sage of Truth, Sandean, only met Dream Sovereign Hila without directly facing the Creator.

In fact, Sandean did meet the Creator after death, but no mortal knew of this.

Among those who became demigods, perhaps only Asai, also known as Anhofus who was a direct descendant of the Samo royal bloodline, could be considered half a divine child.

He proved beyond doubt that thick Redlichia royal blood flowed in his veins.

One who could trace their lineage directly back to the origin of the first king.

Finally, Blood Progenitor Vivien could only say.

“I believe I have my answer, thank you for your response.”

As she left the Sunrise Mountains, Blood Progenitor Vivien felt somewhat dejected.

But at this moment, she suddenly sensed something on the outskirts of the Sunrise Mountains. It seemed as if something was calling to her.

She came to a valley.

With a wave of her scepter, the earth immediately split open, the cracks in the ground continuously widening while emitting a rumbling sound.

Beneath the cracked ground, a huge and strange object slowly floated up.

Finally, the layers of soil on its body gradually slid off as it shook, revealing its original appearance.

This object was an enormous house.

The style of the house looked somewhat peculiar, full of childlike charm, and there was even a wheel turning round and round behind the house.

The moment she saw this object, Vivien immediately felt something stir in her mind.

Her eyes lost focus for an instant, then she fell into deep recollection.

She unconsciously uttered the name of this object: “Magic Wheel House.”

This was the name she had given this object long ago.

Some memories surfaced in her mind. She recalled scenes from the past that were connected to this miracle tool.

At that time, she wasn’t even a priestess yet, and her sister Anli was still just a little girl who knew nothing.

The two of them rode this miracle tool, holding a copy of the inscribed Saint’s Chapter, setting out to find the legendary Island of Mist and the Temple of Truth.

There, they began their true lives.

Blood Progenitor Vivien couldn’t help but step forward, touching this friend that had accompanied her in the past and had been separated from her for over two hundred million years.

She touched every pattern on it, feeling the vicissitudes that time had left on this miracle tool.

Finally, she pressed her face against this miracle tool, closed her eyes, and smiled.

“I never imagined that you would still be here too.”

Vivien was overjoyed.

She carefully cleaned and brushed off the dirt on the Magic Wheel House as she dug it completely out from underground.

Once freed, the wheels under the Magic Wheel House began to turn, running about the valley.

Vivien chased after the Magic Wheel House, then leapt up to stand on its edge.

The Magic Wheel House ran farther and farther.

It slid out of the valley, racing quickly along the slope.

Vivien’s mood grew increasingly elated. She held onto the window frame of the Magic Wheel House, letting the wind rush past her face, allowing leaves to brush against her cheeks.

Her heart was also crying out joyfully, her eyes growing brighter and brighter.

“Everything still exists.”

“We are still our former selves.”

The appearance of the Magic Wheel House, along with the resurgence of past happiness and earliest memories, reduced Vivien’s sense of bewilderment.

The Magic Wheel House ran faster and faster.

It bumped along as it charged out from the hillside, leaping high into the air.

Finally, it slid downwards.

Amidst the jolting, Vivien stood tall in the Magic Wheel House, gazing into the distance.

She suddenly saw a splash of vibrant color in the distance, so eye-catching amidst the green world.

“What is that?”

Blood Progenitor Vivien immediately directed the Magic Wheel House towards that colorful sight.

Upon reaching her destination, she discovered it was a flower tree emanating dreamlike colors.

The Magic Wheel House stopped beneath the tree, and the red-haired demigod stepped down.

She tilted her head back, looking at the tree full of blossoms and inhaling the overwhelming fragrance.

This was the first time the Blood Progenitor had seen such a beautiful tree, so beautiful that at first glance she believed it absolutely should not exist in the mortal world.

With a shimmer of starlight, a black-haired girl appeared on the flower tree.

She possessed a divine form, wearing a colorful flower crown on her head.

At first glance, one might think she was some deity who had descended from the divine realm.

But upon careful discernment, it became clear that her power was far from reaching the level of a deity, not even close to touching the threshold of mythical power.

Yet Blood Progenitor Vivien dared not underestimate this suddenly appearing black-haired girl before her.

The red-haired demigod asked her: “Who are you?”

The girl sat serenely on the treetop, looking at the red-haired demigod without smiling but responding politely.

“Demigod of the mortal world!”

“I am a Wood Nymph, from the Dream Continent.”
