I Fabricated the Techniques, but My Disciple Really Mastered Them?
Chapter 1110: King Chi Ni, Coexisting as OneIn the palace where stars adorned the starry skies and the sun and moon ascended and descended, the Unchanging Divine Master gazed at the mountains and rivers beneath his feet and the sun, moon, and stars above. In a trance, he seemed to return to that place.
A figure appeared in his mind, gifted and unequivocal in empathy and enmity. He couldn’t help but sigh, “Taicang, you can let go, but I cannot. Those who banish me, I must destroy, or I have no outlet for this anger. I refuse to resign. This burning rage within me must be unleashed upon those who exiled me!”
The eyes of the Unchanging Divine Master were sharp, filled with resentment and defiance, “Taicang, I know if you are given time, your Domain will surely become stronger, surely more magnificent. But what of it? In the end, I cannot escape, cannot return. I refuse to be exiled. They all deserve to die, so everything you have can only be used by me!”
“Ah, Taicang, Taicang… hailed as the greatest prodigy of time, you live up to your name, but… alas!”
The Unchanging Divine Master let out a sigh, yet his gaze grew more resolute, with a hint of ferocity and ruthlessness hidden in the depths of his eyes.
...Suddenly, a change came over his expression.
“Dead!”
His gaze grew contemplative, as if sensing something. At a certain moment, his eyes flashed with icy light, revealing a look of disbelief.
“Sword God Xu Yan? Great Wilderness Domain?”
He then became excited, “Great, great! I was worried that the Taicang Domain wasn’t enough to ensure my success, but who would have thought another prodigy has emerged! Is this your backup, Taicang? Hahaha! The Great Wilderness is wonderful; the stronger this Domain is, the better it can aid my success. No one can stop me!”Speaking of this, the Unchanging Divine Master’s eyes turned ruthless, “Whether it’s Yu Ting or the Three Great True Spirit Kings, dare to sabotage my plans, don’t blame me for a massacre; I will kill you all!”
“Hahaha, good! Wonderful! I love prodigies; I love such monsters. The more, the better! Haha, just wait. I shall return, and those who exiled me, await to tremble!”
The Unchanging Divine Master laughed wildly.
Then, he raised his hand, and a wisp of energy appeared at his fingertips, conveying a message. After transmitting the message, he continued to look at the sun, moon, and stars atop the palace.
In a certain place within the Land of Imperishable, on a giant peak, lay a colossal True Spirit. With each breath, it was as if a storm was stirred. Surrounding the peak, dozens of True Spirits lay, each of a different kind, but all possessing the supreme power of a Master of Domain level, and among them, the utmost might.
These True Spirits lay docilely, and with each breath of the massive True Spirit on the peak, the Spirit Qi Storm it stirred caused the bodies of these prone True Spirits to tremble, clearly displaying utmost reverence towards the True Spirit on the peak.
King Chi Ni had lived for countless ages. It no longer enjoyed struggles or fought over territory and preferred to lie here sleeping.
The Land of Imperishable was boundless. Even with lifetimes behind it, King Chi Ni had never traversed the entirety, having long lost the desire to explore or to attempt to depart from the Land of Imperishable.
The only thing that could draw its attention, that could concern it, was that light which appeared with the opening of One Primordial.
Apart from it, there were two other True Spirits, all familiar with each other. There had once been struggles, but the longer they lived, the less they inclined towards conflict. Especially after awakening Spiritual Wisdom, each battle stopped at a point and did not escalate to life and death.
Nowadays, they had even lost the thought of contending. Occasionally meeting, they would nod and greet each other. As for territory, the Land of Imperishable was vast and boundless, without the need for contention.
Furthermore, it was rare to encounter by coincidence. Besides the other two True Spirits, there was also a jade-white courtyard, incredibly beautiful, which it once thought to possess but ultimately chose to abandon.
In the Yu Ting, there were entities of formidable strength; victory in a conflict was uncertain, and it was unnecessary to take such a risk.
Besides Yu Ting, King Chi Ni also encountered a great hall where another powerful entity resided, but there was no conflict between them either.
With each opening of One Primordial, there would be subtle rivalries, even if they did not intervene personally; they would have subordinates handle affairs.
The Divine Temple was carrying out some plan, known to King Chi Ni, and it was rumored that in the distant Land of Imperishable, someone once established a Domain, yet by the time those stories reached him, the Domain had already been consumed by the Divine Temple.
What the Domain looked like he had never seen, but it was rumored to be incredibly magnificent. Though True Spirits occasionally saw Domains and yearned for them, entry into such a Domain was forbidden.
These messages reached his ears after the Domain no longer existed. Before the opening of the Next Era, he had gradually wandered to regions near where the Domain had once appeared.
Presumably, the other two True Spirits and Yu Ting were also drawing closer.
King Chi Ni lay contentedly on the peak, doing his best to imagine what a Domain might look like. He also pondered what color that light would be at the opening of the Next Era.
In his memory, there was nothing more beautiful than the light of One Primordial’s opening.
It seemed to be the Land of Chaotic Imperishable’s lone breathtaking sight. Though fleeting, it could be etched into the mind, remembered forever.
Even True Spirits without Spiritual Wisdom, upon seeing this light, would indelibly stamp it in their memory, never to be forgotten even unto death. Some True Spirits, upon death, became mountains, and within, a gleam shone—the light of that memory.
Suddenly, King Chi Ni opened his eyes and let out an angry, low roar.
