The moment his Spiritual Strength brushed against the spacetime energy, a colossal entity appeared above their heads.

That immense figure shattered instantly.
“Your heart is still too agitated, and your spiritual fluctuations are too intense. You can’t resonate with this spacetime energy. Let me,” Long Zhantian said, gesturing for Long Chen to stop.

From those rifts, devil creatures swarmed out.
They resembled giant ants, their pitch-black bodies gleaming with a metallic luster. Without hesitation, they dove into the world the heaven whale had left behind.
They charged straight into the hole where the whale had poured all of its energy into the black star.
Thick black mist billowed from their bodies as they worked. They were repairing it.
Working day and night, year after year… That massive hole slowly shrank… until it became what it was now.
Once their task was complete, the black ant devils retreated, replaced by the bat-like devil creatures now standing guard.
And then—the vision ended.
The image of the nine heavens faded.
Luo Ningshuang gasped and rushed to support Long Zhantian as he swayed unsteadily. His face was deathly pale, and his aura was wildly unstable.
“Dad, are you alright?!” Long Chen asked, shocked.
Long Zhantian forced out a smile to reassure them.
He said, “I’m fine. My Spiritual Strength isn’t as vast as yours, so I overdrafted it a little bit just now. I’ll be fine after resting.”
Long Chen quickly handed Long Zhantian a soul-nourishing pill. His heart twisted with guilt. He had more Spiritual Strength than his father, but his control was clearly far inferior.
The spacetime energy in this place slowly started to dissipate. If they hadn’t resonated with it in time, they wouldn’t have seen anything at all.
Seeing that Long Zhantian’s complexion was improving, Luo Ningshuang finally asked, “Chen-er, what did you see?”
Before Long Chen could answer, Long Zhantian shouted, “Don’t say it!”
