Though the Sword Bridge heals all wounds right after the battle, regardless of who won, Kent didn’t immediately wake up after he killed the fifth-level clone that was close to becoming a Sword Sage.

He remained comatose for close to three days before he woke up with a splitting headache. Not even the sword bridge was able to save him from the physical and mental torture he went through.

“Damn, I lost and on top of that, I passed out and woke up wirg a head splitting headache” Kent muttered, trying to adjust his vision to the light.

He had just woken up, so the light was a little penetrating to the eye.

⟪The master might want to check the tower messages first before making any assumptions⟫, Gaia’s voice entered Kent’s mind.

Her words made Kent turn to the messages he had received, and to his shock, he saw a message that made him widen his eyes.

⟪Congratulations on passing the 5th level of the Sword Bridge⟫

“How did this happen?” Kent asked, looking visibly shocked.

⟪The master killed the clone, obviously⟫, Akira answered with a cheeky smile. They seem to find joy in teasing him.

Kent was in shock hearing that, but Akira wasn’t paying much attention.

“Then the sword skill worked,” Kent laughed. “It actually worked.” He was ecstatic to the point that he even forgot about the headache and started smiling and laughing his heart out.

⟪Congratulations, Master. However, I have some bad news⟫, Dori said, knowing this had to be said.

“Let me guess, because I gained clarity from a Realm, the sword contains traces of a Realm, which in this case is bad for me because I don’t have the body and the mental strength to handle it,” Kent said, and the three ladies stood there watching him like they’d seen a genie.

“Don’t look at me like that. I was once Jest, and from what I knew of that life, he was fascinated by things like this. This means I am also fascinated by things like this now.

Plus, it wasn’t really much of a hassle. I had already anticipated this happening. That was why I wanted to test it on the Sword Bridge, where I would be healed regardless of how wounded I was in the end.”

⟪Looks like you weren’t just being reckless. You’ve actually put a lot of thought into this. I am impressed, Master⟫, Dori smiled like a proud teacher.

As a Mind Weaver, she was fascinated by intelligent people. What Kent just said made her see her master in a new light.

As such, she became proud of him.

⟪But the master knows he can’t use this skill until he becomes a Sword King. The skill you created is powerful, but you can’t use it simply because your body and mind can’t handle it.

Sadly, the Tower didn’t consider it as a foundation for the sword skill you are required to create before becoming a Sword Saint.

This means you still have to create them from scratch⟫.

“I see. This is actually okay. I want to understand the basics more, and creating two foundations will make me gain more than I know now.”

Kent took a deep breath and looked into the distance of the Sword Bridge.

“I will be able to achieve that after winning all 13 levels. Jest will also help me in this regard.” The three beautiful lolis beside him nodded.

“Also, I need a path for mind cultivation at some point. I can’t tell if my mind will grow to the level of my soul, but if it does, I can use this skill without losing consciousness or reaching the sword king stage,” Kent said, and Dori nodded.

⟪That is indeed true, Master. However, mind cultivation is very difficult and rare. Still, I will see what the Tower and I can do for you⟫, Dori answered, and Kent nodded. He was already pleased with his gains.

The sword skill he created was a success, just that he couldn’t use it. But aside from that, he now knew his understanding of the sword was advancing rapidly.

The only thing left was to gain enlightenment, and his sword skills would jump to a new level. He had already absorbed two memories from Jest and five clones from the Sword Bridge.

When it came to his understanding of the sword, he was at a stage even Sword Sages couldn’t brag about.

Kent sat back down and pulled up the messages again.

He could now split his body into six and even hide them well enough that a Sword Sage wouldn’t be able to track them until it was too late.

After snooping around for a few seconds, Kent landed on the next big thing.

“I am now a Pill Grandmaster.” A rare smile appeared on his lips. He felt the knowledge from the Primordial Pill Records now in his mind.

He has access to thousands of pill recipes, flame techniques, and to some extent, secrets any pill grandmaster will be thrilled to have.

He has access to much more than his mind could even start to comprehend.

The requirements were fulfilled when he defeated Elaine, so he was now a Pill Grandmaster who could concoct Tier 3, 4, and 5 pills.

Kent already knew this beforehand, so he wasn’t too shocked. However, that didn’t mean he was feeling calm at the moment.

“I have a new flame, too.” The first flame he received was the Blue Void Flame, which was perfect for extracting medicinal essence from herbs.

Now, however, he had received a new one called the [Golden Purity Flame]. From its name, one could tell what its use would be.

It could be used for purifying pills, and knowing that concoction only got more difficult as he advanced, this was perfect for him. He most definitely needed this flame.

Though his purity is already at the peak, that isn’t enough to make the pill purer. The pill can contain more essence in the scenes that its effect will be even higher than other pills of the same purity level.

He extended his hand and summoned the Golden Purity Flame. The moment it appeared, he felt a sense of peace, purity, and tranquility.

His soul felt at peace, and he couldn’t be any happier.

⟪Congratulations, Master. You have taken yet another step in the path of Pill Making⟫, Gaia congratulated him, causing Kent to turn and look at the three cheeky assistants.

“All I need now are Tier 3, 4, and 5 herbs, and I will start taking the next steps toward becoming a Pill Saint. This will even allow me to release some of my pills to the outside world,” Kent smiled.

He was happy to have made progress. The next step will be to make his name known worldwide. This, of course, was his way of stepping into his Alchemy path.

However, the cheeky Gaia always knew how to ruin his day, so while he was happy with what he had accomplished, Gaia seemed to have plans in mind for him.

⟪The master would want to look at the requirements for the next stage. I doubt you will remain enthusiastic after seeing it⟫.
