Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 409 - 409: Looking Out, Kexell, and Approaching Storm

Almond and Lily had already used their Wish Stones and got access to the specific chaotic dimensions they had wished for, which worked similarly to Elemental Imprints. But once they entered, they wouldn’t exit without reaching their goal.

Almond had wished for a chaotic dimension of [ Space of Oscillation Echo ].

Lily had wished for a chaotic dimension of [ Ichor of Dreadblood Eidolon ].

One was a Space variant while the other was a Blood variant, and as explained before, elemental variants were basically Elements that had fused with Intents. Hence, both imagined what they desired most with proper construct and wished for them to get access to the above two dimensions using Wish Stones.

Seeing Almond and Lily strolling the Planet Earth and talking with public leaders who were handling the masses, the Earth became very lively for a while.

It was truly an ideal world ruled with an iron fist. Everyone got equal opportunities, and those who worked harder or excelled rose.

The freedom to choose any line of work—and if nothing worked out, there was even counseling to help them choose their path.

With such freedom, advanced infrastructure, and increasing resources due to Regalons working with other clans in joint missions, Earth was progressing faster.

More and more adventurers were becoming stronger, and the Rising Star Tournament was still held—but it was much bigger now, with sections being Silver, Gold, Platinum, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical rank.

Everyone also got the opportunity to enter the Starry Horizon Academy, but how long one could stay and enjoy the facilities there depended on themselves and their hard work.

After spending over two hours on Earth and showing their faces to the public, Almond and Lily went to their second planet in another cosmos—Regalon’s Wrath.

By now, Neo and Krala had accessed all the magitech of the Darton clan and even improved it. Krala was a powerful Supreme Emperor who also dabbled in magitech and engineering due to his 2nd Ability Tree and Exotic Element, while also being a Fortress-class powerhouse.

Thanks to his advanced expertise and Neo’s innovations, both planets were advancing fast.

Earth already had a Supreme-rank level of protective barriers and formations, as well as easy portal travel between the two planets and other planets that had become their allies for resource expeditions in chaotic dimensions and other natural cosmic phenomena that periodically manifested—much like dungeons.

“You two!”

As Almond and Lily arrived at Regalon’s Wrath, a black cloud shot towards them from afar, ringing out with a familiar voice.

Kexell the Cursed Vagabond!

With him in the picture, Kexell was the third most powerful existence after Almond and Lily.

As he was in training and missions too, Kexell had also just reached Immortal-King rank a month ago.

“What’s up?” Almond chuckled and spoke as the cloud arrived.

It transformed into a giant dragon making a long face. “You didn’t even tell me and you had such fun destroying this planet! I even fought your new servant, and he beat me up badly! I can’t believe I lost right after returning more powerful than ever!”

“Wait, you…” Kexell’s eyes suddenly popped out. “The fuck is wrong with your metal aura intensity? So powerful?”

“We just had a small power-up,” Lily smiled. “We both finally got our second Intent.”

“Fuck… what kind of terrifying Intents are those?!”

“That, we will know once we bend them to our liking when fighting,” Almond grinned. “Anyway, you also made substantial progress, it seems.”

“Yeah, yeah, but after seeing you two, I feel like I’ll have to train way more…” Kexell sighed. “My Cursed Root of Nadir Pit ability tree is surely powerful, but I need a second ability tree that’s equally powerful or more.”

“My only Intent, Hexing Curseblood, is not enough. I feel like I don’t have enough diversity, which was why I went and comprehended my third element—and I succeeded,” Kexell laughed and announced, “My third element is Life element!”

“Eh? No wonder I am sensing such vitality from you,” Almond blinked. “It looks like you reached Legendary-rank Mastery in it.”

“So now you got Darkness, Fire, and Life elements?” Lily was speechless. “I thought you would comprehend Death element for sure, but you went and did the opposite.”

“I wonder what kind of Exotic Element would result when combining those three?” Almond chuckled.

Kexell boomed into laughter. “Indeed. I want versatility! But maybe, I will also go for the Death element later.”

“Anyway, what you two up to now? Anything fun to do?”

“We’ve already had our fun. Now we are off to train, and then we’ll enter Arcadia Spectrum in preparation for a big scheme prepared by Big D that would forever change the 2nd layer,” Almond smiled.

“Kexell, you need to get even stronger and show off,” Lily cheekily smiled. “Your first Ability Tree is as powerful as ours, but you just haven’t fine-tuned it to create more assets. Go and get more powerful, and show off somewhere, so you can get an invitation to the Arcadia Spectrum.”

“What is that? Is it a fun place?” Kexell blinked.

“It is fun, but if you don’t hurry, we are going to leave you behind and enter the third layer earlier,” Almond grinned. “You don’t want to become a Regalon, and I also don’t want you to make one because you can make your own Geneline later—and I am looking forward to it.”

Kexell’s snouts burst out with black sparkling flames as he slapped his tail in the air strongly, creating a loud boom.

“Just wait! Big D has already prepared my next mission, and I was about to go for it tomorrow, but I changed my mind.”

“I am going right now! Smell ya later.”

“No, stop.” Almond quickly stopped Kexell before he could leave.

Kexell paused. “What?”

“Relax and enjoy for a month or at least half a month. Don’t train, but just think more and observe more instead of just going with feelings. Feel and think both,” Almond said with a smile. “You said you need diversity, but you will only get it if you look around and learn more—as even the smallest things can enrich your thoughts to new levels.”

Kexell tilted his head, confused. “So what should I do exactly?”

“Do things you haven’t done yet, experience sceneries and life you haven’t experienced yet.”

“Yeah, how about dating a female dragon?” Lily smiled.

“That…” Kexell scratched his head with his tail. “You are right… I don’t need to be a loner anymore. Alright! I am going to ask Big D about planets with dragons!”

“Yep. Go and enjoy, and maintain contact with Earth so you can help in case something happens.”

“Gotcha. Thanks for this tip, you two.”

“Go and have fun.”

After meeting with Neo and Krala and telling them they’d be absent so the protection of their planets was in their hands, Almond and Lily returned to Earth, to their bedroom.

Using the imprint on the back of their hands, both of them disappeared into their respective chaotic dimensions.

But right as they entered, the enemy also decided to make their moves.

“Master, Almond, and Lily were spotted at their planet finally.”

“So they finally reappeared?”

“They’ve broken through to Immortal King rank.”

“Good. Then it’s time to start the first phase. Inform the related party to get ready. Since they want to develop their clan and get resources, they’ll get one hell of a devil’s deal they won’t be able to refuse.”

Alas, this mysterious enemy didn’t know that Almond and Lily were not going to be present.

So whatever silent storm that came, the Regalons and Grim Breakers would have to face and overcome it alone until their arrival.
