RUMBLE!

SPLAAASH!

From the giant saltwater pool, a massive creature of over thirty meters tall emerged. Its crustacean shell was rainbow colored, as if made of crystals, it had two massive pincers resembling blades, and its head, with big rainbow-colored crystalized eyes glared around its surroundings.

Its magical aura was intense, and created a certain amount of pressure around it. This thing was definitely not a normal monster, and everyone here never thought they would casually encounter it in one of the many rooms of this dungeon.

[The Boss of the Dungeon’s Second Floor: [Giant Rainbow-Shelled Spirit Lobster Queen (Tier 8)] has emerged from her slumber underwater.]

[She has realized you’ve been fighting her colony of Lobsters, and has decided to kill you personally, utilizing her powerful magic.]

“SHYAAAAAHHHH!”

As it screamed furiously, the “Queen” began to crawl out of the saltwater pool, its massive pincers pointing at Silvia and Justicio’s group, as they overflowed with magical and spiritual energies, firing a massive rainbow-colored beam at them!

TRUUUMMM!!!

It was too fast and enormous of an attack, they were completely unable to escape it or evade it, as the attack reached them, and a massive explosion engulfed them.

BOOOMM!!

Everything became white, and then of various colors for Silvia and Justicio, as they felt completely engulfed by the light, until…

“Huh?”

“We aren’t dead?!”

They realized something had taken the hit at full instead, a tall figure covered on black scales, overflowing with a gigantic, draconic aura that separated into two. One made of pure darkness, the other made of freezing ice and oceans.

FLUOSH!

The Aura warped around her black claws, rapidly beginning to spin around, creating a spiral of pure raw magical energy, stopping them beam by dissipating the energy into the surroundings, letting out a blinding light.

“Aquarina!” Silvia and Justicio ended calling her name at the same time, feeling happy she was around to handle the ridiculous monsters.

“Sorry for taking a while, I ended getting too focused on hunting,” Aquarina said. “Thing is Tier 8, so I wouldn’t recommend you even handling it on your own.”

“T-Tier 8?!” Justicio screamed. “How is that strong? Didn’t the dungeon difficulty said it could only go up to Tier 7?!”

“No way! That’s ridiculous!” Silvia said. “Isn’t it as strong as the Orichalcum Golems then?”

Yes, this thing was indeed that powerful!

“It did say that…” Agua muttered. “I can’t believe it, perhaps the difficulty showcase was wrong, Aquarina?”

“Maybe, I don’t rely too much on this power that tells me these things,” said Aquarina. “Sometimes it’s wrong or calculates things wrongly. Or other times, it could be that because this damn Dungeon has just been formed, things aren’t on proper order right now. But apparently that thing is this Dungeon’s Floor Boss!”

“Really?! We encountered the Boss so damn quickly?!” Silvia cried.

“Never mind that! Aquarina, the beam is not ending! Are you alright?!” Justicio asked.

“I’m fine,” said Aquarina. “That thing does have a lot of Mana though… Pyuku did you eat some of the big lobsters.”

“Yeah, their cores,” nodded Pyuku. “I’ve gained quite a useful new power.”

“Good, come with me then,” Aquarina said. “Undine and Leviathan too! Justicio and Silvia, you remain behind me, attack when I give you the opportunity. Agua support them please.”

“Alright!” Silvia said.

“Understood, I wasn’t planning on fighting that thing head-on anyways…” Justicio nodded.

“Okay!” Agua agreed, her Magic Aura growing stronger. “I’ll give you the best support I could ever give to anybody!”

“Let’s go!”

Aquarina’s Aura transformed, merging with her two daggers and rapidly synthetizing something enormous temporarily.

A huge black sword, overflowing with an aura resembling a black sea and black ice, shaped as a ferocious black shark.

“{Abyssal Embodiment Synthesis}: {Abyssal Sea Blade}”

This time, Aquarina needed something that could slice really freaking good.

SLAAASH!

She swung her blade, combining both Alchemy and her Abyssal Embodiment into one, and splitting the rainbow-colored beam into two halves, the attack reached the lobster in the distance.

BOOOMM!!

As it did the lobster was hit strongly, its rainbow shell gaining a large scratch, where a bit of its other protection layers could be seen beneath.

“It has several armor layers on top of each other… Yeah that’ll take a while to break through normally!”

“SHYEEEEERRGGHH!”

The lobster roared furiously, swinging its massive club-like claws forward as it crawled out of the hole, rushing towards Aquarina.

Its massive hammer-like claws rushed down, as Aquarina confronted the beast directly, swinging her massive sword, as explosive waves of slicing darkness, ocean, and ice elemental magic scratched through its armor.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

“Even when I’m managing to scratch a bit, this thing is damn tough!” Aquarina said. “Not as tough as Orichalcum Golems though.”

Aquarina focused, activating one of her Skills, a connection to Sylphy herself through their mutual love.

Ding!

[You have activated the [Unyielding Bond Heart of Love (Sylph): Lv2] Skill!]

[Your Unyielding Love for Sylphy has created a powerful Bond with her. You have chosen to obtain a part of her swordsmanship abilities temporarily.]

[You have gained 30% of Sylphy’s Swordsmanship Knowledge for 10 Minutes.]

This Skill originally allowed Aquarina to grow stronger while being near Sylphy, fighting alongside her, or protecting her.

But as she thought more and more about Sylphy, it evolved, becoming a skill that could even draw a part of her magic or skills from afar.

It was very limited though, but what it could do was more than enough for Aquarina!

“I can see it now!”

Aquarina’s eyes glowed brightly, becoming green like Sylphy for a moment, as she felt her girlfriend’s knowledge about swordsmanship flow through her mind.

It was only a small part of it, but it felt as if Sylphy was right there with her, appearing as a phantom within her own Aura, guiding her movements.

“Sylphy, my love…! She’s here with me!”

Aquarina’s movements became more precise, faster, dexterous, powerful.

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

Her Draconic Aura transformed, swirling around her blade.

“As long as she’s with me, I am invincible!”

With a furious roar, Aquarina unleashed a mighty swordsmanship technique.

“{Divine Dragon Blade Arts}: {Blazing Dragon Fangs}!”

Sylphy’s signature Swordsmanship Technique!

“ROOOAARRR!”

SLAAASH!

A giant dragon manifested from her attack, biting through the lobster’s claws, and tearing one apart, alongside her sword cutting through!

BOOOMM!!
