"Ooohhhhhh! INGLIIISSSSSS! EVERYONEE~~~!!"

A voice could be heard from a distance. Looking over, several flygears were heading toward them from the direction of the royal castle. At the front of the group was Ripple, calling out to them.

"Miss Ripple! Good timing!!”

“Right? Amazing, right?! If we turn back right now, we can still face them! So let's go! Let's go go go go…!"

Rafinha yanked Inglis' ear sharply.

"Ouch, ouch, that hurts, Rani…!"

With that, Rafinha glanced over at Mais and the Highlanders, who had been transported along with Illuminus.

Both Inglis and Rafinha's stomachs rumbled at the same time.

"I think I'd like to eat something other than fish for the first time in a while."

"You're right. I've gotten a little tired of it, to be honest."

At Rafinha's words, Leone and Liselotte nodded in agreement, and then Rafinha made an announcement.

"Alright! Mais, Highlanders, everyone! To celebrate that you're all safe, let's go eat some food from the surface world! We'll treat you!"

"Wow! Thank you, Rafinha!"

"Oh… that helps a lot!"

"To be honest, I'm pretty tired, so I’d like to rest a bit too."

Joyful voices rang out from the Highlanders.

"I can't possibly afford to treat this many people…"

"Now, we're going to the Knight Academy cafeteria!"

With a roar, blue armor in the shape of a dragon materialized. It was Dragon Sorcery, Dragon Ice Armor. The armor gave her a sense of security, much more so than the simple cloth wrapped around her chest and waist, based on her child’s clothes.

Wearing the Dragon Ice Armor, Inglis effortlessly lifted the mechanical dragon. Then, while holding it up, she stepped onto the surface of Vault Lake.

At first, they thought the weight of the mechanical dragon might cause her to sink, but the power of the Dragon Ice Armor froze the water beneath her feet instantly, forming a stable footing.

Even though it was still not enough to fully support the weight of the mechanical dragon, it was enough for a moment’s support. Before her feet could sink, Inglis continued to move, lifting the mechanical dragon and racing toward the Knight Academy across the surface of Vault Lake.

“ “ “OOOOOHHHHHHH!?” ” ”

“ “AMAZING!?” ”

"W-What is this!? WHAT IS GOING ON!?"

The Highlanders clinging to the mechanical dragon were shouting in astonishment.

"She's incredible… Inglis is really something!"

"Well, it's Glis after all, so this much is nothing!"

Rafinha said this to the astonished Mais.

"Hahahaha… No matter where she goes or what she does, Inglis is still Inglis."

Ripple, riding on her flygear alongside them, said this with a wry smile.

That night, the Highlanders’ feast was filled with joy, partly from the relief of being saved and partly from the novelty of being on the surface.

Inglis and Rafinha, too, might have overeaten, feeling nostalgic and happy from the long-awaited taste of the Knight Academy's dining hall.

Later, Principal Miliera was seen reading the reports with tears in her eyes. Whilst clearly she was proud of what they had accomplished, something about the food bill made her feel complicated.
