[Somewhere in Pigmen World, Runefather’s POV.]
Runefather powered the full attraction rune and brought the massive hammer down with tremendous force, aimed at Droquar — the giant black gorilla’s head. Runefather even increased the weight of the hammer to its maximum. But once again, the ridiculously strong monster stopped it with just one muscular hand. Droquar’s other hand was holding his axe against the silver warrior spirit’s big silver sword, locked in a power struggle.
Silverspell used as much mana as he could, extending over 30 mana threads from his body to power his summon, but it still fell short against the monstrous strength of the tribal chief, Droquar.
Suddenly, a powerful wave of scorching heat that bent even the air was released from Droquar’s body, forcing Runefather to activate his runic shield to defend against it. Even with Damian’s fireproof armor activated, this attack each time forced Runefather’s hand, and he had to quickly back away before the black gorilla could use his enormous hand to land a punch on his small body.
It hadn’t been long, but Runefather was already getting annoyed. With a powerful push behind his axe, Droquar overpowered even the silver lady and threw her back. Before she could regain her balance, Droquar zoomed through the mid-air at a frightening speed and cleaved the silver lady’s stomach in one overpowered attack, shattering her into hundreds of silver particles.
The gorilla continued his flight, reaching near Silverspell’s real body, the axe raised high to deliver the deciding blow. But Silverspell’s feet turned pitch black as a small wormhole opened under them and he fell inside, coming out beside Runefather.
“We need to use that..” Silverspell said.
“The kid said to just keep the thing busy for a while. The thing doesn’t have any teleportation skill. We don’t need to fight to the death..” Runefather replied, as Silverspell used half his liquid mana container to summon the silver lady spirit once again.
“Killing it would be a much better choice..” Silverspell muttered but nodded anyway.
Droquar roared, getting frustrated by being fooled with the same tactics again and again. He was strong — the strongest probably among the four lords — but what did that matter in front of the immortal spirit? Suddenly, all three of them sensed a mana anomaly and looked to the side, where the blue shimmering waygate was being constructed.

[Heiuryul’s Monument, Pigmen World, Asher’s POV.]
Asher controlled five steel golems positioned all around T’korran’s massive lava body, all releasing big water spheres and ice lances. Though it was barely a hindrance to the molten magma body of the guy.
They had thought bringing the lava monster to a forest area would dampen its powers a little, but that had turned out to be a stupid idea. T’korran was releasing powerful streams of lava, targeting them whenever they got close. Already, Asher had lost three steel golems. Half the forest around them was burning uncontrollably, and if not stopped soon, it would spread into the whole forest.
Sesha was already slashing the thing with two giant purple swords in her hands — actually, the swords were her hands. The swords were created with a solid aura, but it was still poisonous. Esper’s aura structures were always a weird thing. She could protect herself with her wave of liquid poison and solid purple poison walls, so the lava wasn’t as problematic for her.
Still, both Asher and Sesha were feeling a drain in their minds and bodies, making their actions much slower than they should be. There was also a mana-draining effect, but they had whole containers’ worth of it, so they didn’t care much about that. It was a perfect skill for such a massive creature. It was as if, in contact with T’korran, the whole world had to slow down.
Asher pulled back the golems and activated his Solar Ascent, rising high into the air.
What would a dungeon monster know about the meaning of true fire? Asher needed to show the guy what having Sun in the veins really meant.
The Sacrium body of his came down from high, with twisting white flames encircling all around his body. Like a devastating arrow encased in fury and light, Asher aimed to crash head-first directly at the chest of T’korran. The two lava hands tried to stop him, hardening into solid form, but Sesha from the side slashed apart the two hands and released a stream of her liquid poison on his two shoulders, preventing any more regeneration.
Asher entered inside the thick lava monster, his Solar Ascent still carrying its power. Grabbing the thing, Which Asher had sensed odd inside the monster. He went completely through and came out on the other side.
In his hand was a dark red core, hot enough to even make his Sacrium body slightly red. The giant body of living lava came undone — the lava was being summoned by the core to form around it. Asher just smiled and typed the invisible box spell around the core, keeping the circular runic structure of the spell in his mind, focusing on the intent.
Just as the spell activated, Asher sensed a waygate starting to form beside him.

[Somewhere in Pigmen World, Worldscribe’s POV.]
Dozens of mini suns chased behind the witch as she opened one portal after another. Worldscribe was holding the steel cube that had created the many flaming spheres. The target-locking mechanism of the spell was really handy. This wasn’t going to be enough though.
“Ready?” Lifewarden asked.
Worldscribe nodded. They knew about the witch — the ability was not a surprise to them. And so, they had come with a solution.
Lifewarden pulled out four palm-sized steel cubes, gave one to her, and then flew away. Worldscribe held it in one hand, connected a few more mana threads to her liquid mana containers, and powered up the small cube inscribed with a runic spell.
All four cubes had the same spell. It was nothing fancy, really. But it was a genius idea. The kid, Damian, had made a spell that turned a user’s combined mana into hundreds of paper-thin mana threads. If situated in a square, the four cubes all releasing these thinner-than-needle mana threads could create a mana volatile zone — inside which, let alone a wormhole spell, any spell using mana would not work as it should.
