Matheo, Garnet, and Franck read the message that Hubert forwarded. Just like the latter, their expression paled as they read the message. They kept rereading the message to make sure they did not get it wrong as it was hard to believe that someone from a new world like Earth could become an Executive Administrator.
Matheo’s heart was thumping, and he was not the only one, the other three matched his heartbeat as well. It was followed by ten minutes of silence, no one said anything until Hubert let out a sigh, breaking the silence.
“It’s good that we found out earlier, and we can still amend the situation. Here is my proposal, we share half the resources as an apology, all the resources we have on the first floor. I don’t even mind giving seventy percent of the harvested resources to the Tang Empire.”
At this point, they would rather get punished by The Emperor than lose their lives against the Executive Administrator. They had no other options except to fix the problem. Fighting was not an option because the moment they raised their swords against the Executive Administrator, the empire would abandon them.
“It’s not like we have any other choices. But it will be better if we can keep half instead of giving half of our resources,” Franck felt like giving seventy percent of the resources they harvested was too much, fifty percent was more than enough.
Hubert glanced at Franck, “I would rather give him anything he wants and keep my life. If he asks for everything, then I will give him everything. Unless you have a better solution, or you can arrange a meeting with him and talk it out with him yourself.”
Franck flinched and said nothing in response. The last thing he wanted was to face the Executive Administrator by himself. He felt nothing in his first meeting with Tang Shaoyang, but it would be different when he knew Tang Shaoyang was an Executive Administrator.
“What about the Gondar Alliance and the Etherna Alliance? Should we inform them…” Matheo’s voice trailed off as he realized something, “Forget about it. You will have full control and lead for the next talk with the Tang Empire. It’s better if we don’t use the Earth Alliance to talk with the Tang Empire. It seems like there’s a tension between the Tang Empire and the alliance.”
Hubert nodded and left the room by himself after receiving the order from Matheo, “I will do my best to bring Romane back alive as well.”
“Please update the situation every few minutes once you start the talk with the Tang Empire, so we will know if you fail or not. We will think of something else if your talk is collapsing…” Garnet reminded the old man, and the latter responded with a nod.
The three God Ranks did not get up from the chair even though Hubert was leaving. They remained in their seat, accompanied by heavy silence. No one planned to leave the room, they were waiting for an update from Hubert. They needed to come up with something better if Hubert failed to convince the Tang Empire with just resources.

The Etherna Alliance’s Main Base
The Etherna Alliance consisted of four factions, the Fortuna Guild, the Highland Guild, The Paevell Kingdom, and The Tislaris Kingdom. The two guilds were on friendly terms, keeping the two kingdoms from swallowing them. Meanwhile, The Paevell Kingdom and The Tislaris Kingdom had a constant war on their borders.
The only time they stopped fighting was when they found a new world to conquer or a dimensional tower. They put aside their differences when they had a common goal, having a truce with the two guilds that oversaw the truce. It was a weird unique dynamic power from the Etherna Alliance.
Fabian, the one who was most cautious about the Tang Empire, and Tang Shaoyang, the person who questioned Herman about Tang Shaoyang during the meeting.
The Etherna Alliance had not made any move yet ever since the Tang Empire left their city alliance. The Valuer Empire and the Gondar Alliance agreed not to touch anyone from Earth until the Earth Alliance made a decision to stay within the alliance or leave just like the Tang Empire.
Meanwhile, Fabian could not shake the name from his head and had been doing his best to look for more information about Tang Shaoyang. His peers from the two kingdoms mocked him for being overcautious, but his guild and The Highland Guild agreed to act with caution.
The reason the two guilds could survive was because they were overly cautious and thorough. They missed a lot of chances, but that was the reason why they survived until now.
The two kingdoms already made a plan for the Tang Empire and Earth. They wanted to use The Kingdom of Sand and their stupid king to sneak into Earth. The two kingdoms not only targeted the resources in the dimensional tower, but Earth as a world.
The two kingdoms were overconfident after knowing that there were only six God Ranks existing on Earth. If not for the two guilds, the two kingdoms might execute the plan right away. However, the two guilds convinced the two kingdoms to wait for another week, at least, until the Earth Alliance made their decision.
“Have you found something, Fabian?” A female voice resounded, interrupting Fabian’s train of thought.
Fabian shook his head, “I still can’t remember where I heard his name from. Haven’t you really heard his name before, Andrea?”
Andrea was one of the God Ranks from The Fortuna Guild. She wore a red mage robe, having a bored expression as she took a seat across from her friend while shaking her head, “The name is quite unique, and I will remember the name if I have heard it before.”
“I have asked the intelligence team from Animas, but they also haven’t heard anything about Tang Shaoyang,” Fabian muttered. He did not like this because he got more uneasy as he felt like he missed something crucial and big.
Animas was an alliance in the God Realm, and Etherna was part of the Animas Alliance. Animas were slightly weaker than Zullaris Saga, but they were not to be underestimated because they survived the test of time.
“Do we really not have any choice but to pay Tranquil Valley?”
That earned a chuckle from Andrea, “I don’t think our guild can afford to pay Tranquil Valley. Even The Highland Guild will not agree to pay the Tranquil Valley just because of your guts my friend, let alone those two greedy kingdoms. They could not wait to take over Earth for themselves, so they will not pay just because you want to.”
Fabian knew very well about that, but his feelings told him it was worth a try. Now he felt like he must convince the two kingdoms and Highland to dig for more information about Tang Shaoyang.
Not long after that, the sound of footsteps resounded in their room. The two turned toward the noise and were surprised to find their Guild Leader approaching them. After the last alliance meeting, their Guild Leader swapped in and entered the tower.
Andrea trusted in her friend’s gut feeling, but their Guild Leader was on another level. Fabian saved the guild a lot of time, so their Guild Leader truly believed in Fabian. Even when the bad feeling was wrong a few times, their Guild Leader never lost his trust in Fabian.
“I have some interesting news that you want to hear, Fabian,” The Guild Leader strode over to their table and sat on the empty chair.
He had a wide shoulder, a jacked chest, and well-defined facial pictures that put him in the good-looking category. The most attractive thing about the man was his striking blue eyes which were quite different from everyone else from Etherna.
Fabian and Andrea perked up, putting their attention to their Guild Leader.
“The Tang Empire attacked The Valuer Empire’s resource points. Our scouts confirmed that the Tang Empire has taken over all fifteen resource points from the Valuer Empire,” The Guild Leader delivered the news.
Fabian and Andrea were surprised to hear that. They expected that the Tang Empire might attack the Valuer Empire first with how things were going in the meeting, but they did not expect the Tang Empire to come on top and take all fifteen resource points in a few hours.
“There’s no way this is true, right? No matter how strong the Tang Empire might be, they still can’t win against the Valuer Empire so fast like this,” Andrea did not believe it, but she knew her Guild Leader would not be joking around about this kind of information.
“I wish that’s not true either, so I checked myself. Unfortunately, I have confirmed that The Tang Empire has taken all resource points from the Valuer Empire, and I found something interesting. One of the Valuer Empire’s God Ranks, the woman, was captured alive and frozen in ice even though she had her fire elemental body active. It was fascinating to see flame blazing inside ice without melting the ice.”
Fabian and Andrea wished The Guild Leader was playing a prank on them, but this might be true with how much detail their Guild Leader shared.
The Guild Leader continued to share more information.
“Do you know the most bizarre part? The Valuer Empire hasn’t tried to take over the resource points ever since one of their God Ranks was captured. In fact, I saw the Valuer Empire pulling back their force that was still outside the city.”
It was hard to believe that the arrogant Valuer Empire did not make any move after that, not even attempting to retaliate against the Tang Empire.
Fabian’s eyes shone as he came to a realization, “It means the Valuer Empire knows something about the Tang Empire that we don’t know.”
“Bingo!” The Guild Leader waggled his index finger at Fabian, “You might be right about Tang Shaoyang. This guy must be a big shot or something, or else the Valuer Empire would have deployed their whole army to retaliate.”
“Don’t worry though, your smart Guild Leader put his scouts in the Earth Territory’s gates. We will find out soon whether the Value Empire will try to make contact with the Tang Empire or not.”
