Chapter 2533 The Great Chaos King

Commander Hammiel's eyes were filled with surprise as he saw dozens of the same type of Chaotic Miasmic Beast appearing. None of them looked like the mosquito though but were very similar. They were between four to six meters in height, with thin bodies covered by black steel, strange shapes and forms decorating their armor, and insect-like heads. Some had ant-like heads, others were like rhinoceros beetles, others like mantises, butterflies, and more. What's worse, they had giant, pink- and purple-colored wings with red eye son them, which allowed them to move extremely quickly anywhere.
They reached the Galactic Human army from behind and immediately started a one-sided massacre. A single one of them took everything they had to defeat, and yet a dozen was just overkill.
"HUMANS WITH MACHINES…"
"KILLED ONE OF US? NOT GOOD."
"AH, AH, AH, HE WAS THE YOUNGEST."
"HOW… SAD."
"KILL AND EAT THEM ALL, BORED ALREADY. HURRY!"
Ans they were even speaking, and much better and easier than the rest… Hammiel and the rest of his squadron were spectating the evolution of an interdimensional species.
Although they were mostly seen as mindless beast before, after experiencing many defeats and staying within Genesis for a long time…
The Chaotic Miasmic Beings evolved into new, more intelligent, and even stronger forms.
"S-Shit!"
Hammiel gritted his teeth, as he saw the destruction in front of his eyes happen so fast he could even do anything before dozens of pilots died gruesomely.
The insectoid monstrosities pierced through their bodies as if they were a warm knife through butter, the machines exploded, completely overwhelmed.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
"Hammiel!"
"We have to retreat, this is useless!"
"We cannot go against them with our current army, we are unequipped to battle this new threat!"
"We've saved the remains of the one we killed, once it is analyzed we can create a counter to it!"
"Y-Yes but…! The problem is, we can't!"
Hammiel glared around every direction, he and his squadron were surrounded! Anywhere he went, there were dozens of these things.
The Chaotic Vessel kept producing them without end, it was as if it was some sort of portal towards another dimension itself.
"Pull out the Megaton Drill!"
"T-The drill?!"
"But that's…!"
The Megaton Drill, the Red Miner's strongest weapon, is capable of piercing through the crust of a planet and reaching its core, where its energies and fragments are then extracted.
A powerful weapon that uses a tremendous quantity of energy, but that is guaranteed to possess immense power.
"JUST DO IT!"
Red Miner's bulky arms grabbed the drill on its back, as it connected its power core to it, the drill immediately began to spin, releasing sparkles of blue and red lightning.
TRUUUMMM!!!
The immense sound it provoked quickly gained the attention of more than half of the miasmic beings, their red eyes glaring at it.
"FUNNY TOOL?"
"DESTROY IT."
"AH, AH, AH…"
FLASH! FLASH! FLASH!
They moved at lightning speed, reaching the drill within a millisecond and swinging their claws and legs at it, their power was overwhelming as their combined auras created a weight that pushed Red Miner down.
And yet…
"NOW!!!"
The Red Miner moved forward, as the drill touched these monstrosities, their bodies at first resisted it, but a second later.
CRAAASH!
They were shredded into pieces, each one of them exploding apart and splattering over the drill, which continued moving forward.
The swarm of monsters that got in the way instantly faced their deaths! The power of the Megaton Drill ended being much greater than expected.
And above all!
"There it is! NOW!"
CRAAASH!
The gigantic drill impacted the Chaotic Vessel. Half of it was instantly pierced, as Red Miner went through, leaving behind a gigantic hole within.
A huge explosion reverberated through the skies, as the massive thing began releasing black flames, its internal circuits and whatever made it work was spilling out, generating chaotic flames.
Until it all exploded behind the Red Miner.
BOOOMMM!!!
The surviving mecha pilots glanced at the scene in awe, whatever surviving chaotic beasts remained were also left paralyzed with surprise and awe.
"W-We did it…!" Hammiel muttered in disbelief.
"Y-Yeah, somehow…"
"Oh wow, the drill was so much stronger!"
"What do we do now? The entire Red Miner's energy reserves are almost depleted!"
"We'll have to absorb some energy material we can find anywhere… Didn't some carrying units moved past us when we were flying above the clouds? We should call them to bring back some fuel for us." Hammiel said.
"Good idea, commander! I am doing that right now- Ah?!"
However, their celebrations were cut short, as something suddenly emerged.
Out of nowhere.
The empty blank space that was left where the Chaotic Vessel was destroyed began to expand, as a giant red eye was glancing at everyone.
It was massive, over a hundred meters wide.
The other miasmic beings looked at it in reverence, lowering their heads.
"GREAT… CHAOS… KING…"
"HE IS HERE…"
"ALL SHALL BE CONSUMED… AH, AH, AH."
Crack, crack…!
Massive black claws started tearing through the fabric of space, the cracks spread across hundreds of meters.
And then…
CRAAASH!
Something tore it all open, emerging from within.
The theory of the human researches was right, the Chaotic Vessel was a portal to the Chaotic Plane.
And once it was destroyed, the portal was left just there, and whatever was controlling it…
Was enraged.
RUMBLE!
As it emerged, its gigantic black body, made completely out of black steel, covered with seven red eyes across its body, and a single red eye on its humanoid head, the entity exuded a massive aura.
The aura was of pure black color, anything it touched quickly turned black, space, the empty air, everything was becoming contaminated by chaos.
"D-Don't tell me, this is their King?!"
"What?!"
"We must escape but the Red Miner can't… move!"
The massive being, whose entire shape was still not completely defined, began to rapidly move towards the Red Miner, its single claw larger than the three-hundred-meter-big robot.
"Commander!"
"We have to run!"
"Retreat!"
The last hundred pilots rushed towards Red Miner, pushing the giant across the air, barely missing the giant claw trying to grasp it.
"…"
As they escaped, the "Kin" of the chaotic miasmic beasts pointed its hand at them, a huge pair of sharp-toothed jaws emerged from it.
TRUUUM!
And it fired a gigantic cannon made out of pure concentrated chaotic energy at them.
BOOOMMM!!!
