REINCARNATED WITH A GLITCHED SYSTEM: WHY IS MY MP NOT RUNNING OUT?
Chapter 1523 1523: Overwhelming The Opponent—–
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Aquarina and Khepri’s fists clashed against the Aberrant Orichalcum Golem, its melting hands exploding as they were frozen and then shattered into tiny pieces uncontrollable anymore.
At the same time, while Aquarina kept pushing with the most force, Khepri rapidly sneaked in between the gigantic hydra-like heads, striking the golem’s core.
Crack, crack…!
CRACK!
More cracks spread through the golem’s core, making it grow more and more desperate, as it fused all of its metal and punched the two girls away!
CRAAASH!
“G-GUUUGH…! EXTERMINATE… UGH! CORE… CORE… DAMAGED?! LEAKING… ENERGY… RESERVES… ARGH…!”
The golem grew furious, filling the cracks of his core with his own melting orichalcum in a foolish attempt at stopping the leaking of the agonizing souls inside.
It leaped towards the girls, as its entire body transformed once more, becoming humanoid and muscular, with six gigantic arms!
“It’s changing shapes!” said Aquarina.
“Yeah, this is dangerous!” said Silvia. “Khepri! Full power!”
“Give me all our Mana, and I’ve got this!” Khepri said.
FLUOSH!
Suddenly, Khepri’s ornament transformed even further, gaining another layer of armor and becoming at least half a meter bigger!
“With this damn ornament alone, this is my full power now…! It should be enough!”
The two rushed forward again, as gigantic fists of boiling Orichalcum clashed against them, their fists intercepted them, shadows, ice, sunlight, and holy light exploded as the elements clashed against one another.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
However, ultimately…
A stalemate again!
This time, however.
It was going to change!
“{Frozen Coffin}!”
Pyuku’s voice echoed behind the golem, its senses unable to detect the little slime sneaking behind him, as a wave of frost suddenly and temporarily stopped its entire body from moving!
While its molten body granted it incredible mobility and dexterity, once it was frozen again, it was unable to move the same way as before.
Orichalcum, because it was the blood of an alien race, had rather peculiar responses to temperature compared to other metals.
When heated to the point of melting, it will become like the blood of the people it originated from, almost as if it gained life of its own.
When in a state of “normal temperature” outside of boiling or freezing, it would become moldable, and movable, like clay.
However, it was an incredibly hard clay, indestructible!
But what happens when it freezes?
It becomes even harder, but its ability to mold itself…
Is completely gone!
Pyuku conjured a powerful Ice Attribute Spell he had learned with Aquarina’s help, now that he had his own Magic Circle, he could unleash spells, which were even stronger because he merged them with the “Monster Abilities” he absorbed when devouring Monster Magic Cores.
“G-GUUGHH?!”
The robot groaned in annoyance, as it attempted to break through its immobile state by making its body boil by injecting it with electricity from its core.
ZAAP! ZAAP! ZAAP!
However, as this was happening, Justicio charged forward, using the shield’s powers, a shockwave was unleashed, hitting the golem from the left side.
“WHAT?!”
It responded in surprise, as it fell into the ground and then rolled across it with tremendous momentum, before hitting the walls behind it!
BAAAM!
Crack, crack…!
The core gained more cracks, and the orichalcum golem couldn’t keep up with it anymore!
“N-No…! This can’t… be happening…!”
It began talking more and more like a person!
“He’s not the guardian of this place, isn’t he?!” Aquarina asked. “He’s something else… Khepri, do you know something?!”
“He’s… one of the new models created to reclaim the surface,” Khepri revealed. “But he was left here abandoned. They contain enough power to compare to the ancient false god prototypes in some areas.”
“I see! I knew it was that!” Aquarina smiled.
The two reached the golem fighting it! Aquarina summoned her twin daggers once more, making them grow into giant black swords, and swinging them vertically and horizontally against it!
“RAAAHHH!”
The scram of hundreds of souls reverberated from the golem’s metallic voice, it intercepted Aquarina’s attacks with its hardened body, sparks of electricity and flames erupting with each blow they interchanged.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
However, rather rapidly, the orichalcum continued growing weaker, large wounds appearing through it, as more cracks spread through the core.
Each shockwave it received was sent to the core, as Aquarina manipulated her Aura abilities, injecting shockwaves of Abyssal Aura with each of her blows!
“Uughh…! My core…! NOOO!”
As the golem screamed in agony and annoyance, Leviathan appeared, unleashing a wave of frost and stopping him before shooting a laser beam from its chest!
FLUOSH!
“GRAAAH?! AGAIN?!”
As he complained, Leviathan attacked him with his claws and tail, unleashing a barrage of blows from every angle, sending him flying towards Justicio and Pyuku!
The two unified their powers together, as Pyuku wrapped his body around Justicio, enhancing his strength and dexterity and speed, unleashing yet another shockwave with the shield at full power!
“TAKE THIS!”
BOOOM!
“UUAARRGH!”
The golem was unable to respond, even as it charged a laser, Aquarina appeared from above, forming a massive trident by fusing her two daggers with her oceanic and frost auras, and swinging it down!
“{Dark Trident of Abyssal Seas: Tartarus}”
Aquarina ultimately converged everything within her, manifesting a Soul Weapon of her own!
The last time she had summoned it, it wasn’t fully formed, it took a shape that she didn’t like.
Soul Weapons aren’t exactly locked into a single shape either.
They take upon the shape that most represents their wielder’s hearts.
Swordsmen that have used swords their entire lives receive a sword.
Lancers, a spear or a lance.
Axe wielders, an axe!
And so on…
However, in rare cases, their shape and power can change depending on special abilities.
Or the endlessly changing state of a person’s soul and heart!
FLAAASH!
The massive black trident rushed down, clashing against the orichalcum golem’s core, and piercing it through its cracks!
CRAAASH!
The golem screamed as the wailing cries of countless souls inside of the core freeing themselves reverberated!
“UUAAAARRGH! NO…! NOT… NOT YET!”
With barely any energy left, the false-god-turned-golem infused divine lightning into Aquarina’s attack, beginning to electrocute her body as she pushed down, trying to shatter the core completely.
“Uuggh…! S-Stop you bastard!”
In that moment, Khepri rushed down.
“Silvia, now!”
“O-Okay! Soul Weapon!”
FLUOSH!
Silvia’s Soul Weapon manifested again, and this time…
It was also different!
