THE MARTIAL UNITY

Chapter 2837 Consuming The World

Chapter 2837  Consuming The World

It spread.

It spread beyond the Gu.

It spread beyond North-West Panama.

It spread across the entirety of the continent.

It spread across the entirety of the world.

RUMBLE!!!!!!

The world shook as a tsunami of astronomical proportions consumed every inch of land.

It consumed all four cardinal quadrants of the continent.

It consumed the Human and Beast Domains unlike.

Every single life form.

From the most humble of single-celled organisms.

To the most colossal of beasts and monsters.

They all froze in horror as an apocalypse far, far greater than the entirety of the Beast Incursion consumed them.

It consumed them alive.

“ROOOAAARRRR!!!”

“KRRRIIIEEEKKK!!!”

“RAAAWWWRRR!!!”

Monsters and beasts snapped out of their frenzy of a rampage as an extraordinary flux of information flooded their minds. The quasi-Transcendent monsters and beasts within the depths of the Beast Domain also froze as a shocking amount of Water flooded their territories.

The Elder Tree, slumbering away in its state of hibernation, began to stir as it received an endless surge of Water. The Water flooded not just the Central Highlands of the Beast Domain but went even deeper.

It surged to the very core of the Beast Domain.

The very epicenter.

The very epicenter where the Beast resided.

It stirred.

It stirred.

It stirred as the flood of Water washed over it.

And then, it woke up.

It opened its eyes.

All trillion of them. They slowly shifted.

They slowly shifted in the direction of the Gu.

The creature gazed at the origin of the cosmological anomaly, swept the entirety of the world.

It beheld with all its eyes an apocalypse far greater than the one it had created.

“AARRRRGHHHHR!!!!”

“WHAT IS THIS!!!”

“HELP HELP!!!”

“I’M DROWNING!”

Every single human being experienced Martial Embodiment that overlapped with their very perception of reality. If not for the fact that the impenetrable darkness of the Gu had managed to astronomically lower the intensity of the information flux, each and every single sentient lifeform would have been rendered braindead like the inhabitants of the Gu.

Although the no-longer-impenetrable darkness of the Gu had failed to stop the extraordinary Martial Embodiment that emerged from the very depths of his being, it had managed to lower the intensity just enough to prevent brain-death or brain damage.

One moment, the war between the Beast Domain and the Human Domain ensuing with all its intensity, and the very next moment, all sentient life was drowned in the flood of Water that emerged from the depths of the Gu.

And yet, even as the Martial Embodiment drowned the entire continent, it didn’t stop there.

No.

It went beyond the continent, flooding even the Great Nam Ocean and all its aquatic inhabitants. The water was overwhelming even of the aquatic biosphere as sea levels rose astronomically and swept away all fish and other marine lifeforms in tremendous oceanic currents.

Countless slumbering monsters and beasts within the depths of the ocean woke up.

It flooded the island belt surrounding the Panama Continent and all the humans who lived atop islands and island-continents.

“TSUNAMI!!!”

“WAS THERE AN EARTHQUAKE?!”

“WHERE IS ALL THIS WATER COMING FROM?!”

They were beyond dumbfounded.

Beyond shocked.

And yet, not all people were unfamiliar with what had consumed the entire world.

“IT’S THAT BASTARD AGAIN!”

“CURSE YOU, DAWNBRINGER!”

“I WILL KILL THAT FELLOW NEXT TIME I SEE HIM!”

The poor citizens of the Sekigahara Confederate experienced a tremendous flood of Water ravaging their entire nation for the second time. The Sage-level powerhouses around the continent immediately deployed Martial Sages to protect their citizens from the ensuing Water that threatened to traumatize everybody. Having witnessed Rui’s Martial Embodiment before, they understood what was happening.

The sheer magnitude of this revelation bore heavy on every single being who understood what was happening.

And yet, none understood more than the Kandrian Empire.

“This…” Emperor Rael whispered in a shocked tone as the endless flood of water consumed the entirety of the Kandrian Empire.

Behind him, Matriarch Nephi smiled with a knowing gaze.

“He has ascended.”

The Kandrian Empire was the first nation to celebrate the apocalypse.

However, they weren’t the only nation to do so.

“HAIL THE GLORY OF THE ANTITHESIS!”

“BEHOLD THE POWER OF LORD VIRODHABHASA!”

“BLESS US, O MIGHTY DAWNBRINGER!”

While the world suffered under the weight of his Martial Embodiment, one and only one person was truly displeased by this outcome.

Sage Asmodeouos directed his deathly gaze at the distant Gu while Bodhisattva Maitreyi’s smile grew bittersweet amid her grief and sorrow. The sheer magnitude of the Embodiment had been so extraordinary that even the two warring peak Sages couldn’t help but pause their deadly conflict as they were swept in the sheer magnitude of Rui’s Martial Embodiment.

For the first time in centuries, the Demon of Asmodeous felt a tinge of regret in his heart.

He should have killed the Dawnbringer the moment he had the opportunity.

And yet, he had let himself get swept in dead emotions from the distant past he came face to face with the Progenitor and then was intercepted by the Boundless Light before he could kill the wretched Master.

“No matter…” A chilling whisper escaped him as the deathly darkness in his eyes consumed the world around him. “…I will kill him now.”

In the blink of an eye, he surged towards the Gu with a ferocious speed, tearing through heaven and earth and bending space and time with the very weight of his steps.

‘A Sage is easiest to kill when they are in their infancy.’

And yet, it was not to be—

VMMMMM!!!!!

An extraordinarily intense beam of blindingly intense light struck him with tremendous intensity, leaving him no choice but to intercept. He waved his hand as a flood of darkness emerged from his within the depths of his Body, surging towards the Boundless Light from all directions.

The extraordinarily poisonous attack threatened to kill her where she stood as she deployed every ounce of light she was able to muster.

VMMMMM!!!!!

Her light fought back furiously at all the death and darkness enclosing upon her.

And yet, that was enough.

That opening was all that the Demon needed, surging towards the very Gu with a murderous bloodlust.

RUMBLE!!!!!
